It doesn't really matter. Others just brag about it so much while others dont care. Its a bragging tool in the console wars. I just want it to shut fanboys up for a bit. Although people would argue about which has more usb 3.0 slots, which is lighter, thinner or has the better controller...

The amount of gamers that have both ps4 and Xbox one are smaller than you think. The amount that have a gaming rig and a console are even smaller. I am pretty sure this is what MS is thinking. They are not competing with PC. They are in business because of windows let's not forget.
If we are to generalize each camp into strikes on each other. We can evenly cut it down the middle. Each sides fanboys does not make up the best of each side. To even bring it up on either side shows the focus of the news to people in the comments.
That's fine though. They could put a ranged amount. Doesn't have to be a firm amount. Its just hypothetical anyway. There is no alterior motive to the thought.
Dude... Come on. Honestly you should probably sell it. The reasons you expressed below are a stretch anyway. Seems more like a mental issue. If you want to play games you can't on all of them. I would keep it. Otherwise I would sell it and limit your gaming experience to only 2 ways to play games.
I think you are missing the point. It seems that people don't trust developers very much lately.
In all fairness though movies state their length on the box. I don't think this is a necessarily bad thing. They are selling a product.
I bought and played the first episode and it has SOME cool aspects to it. Though I felt I couldn't relate to the story. Perhaps if I was a pretty pubecent teen I could. No offense but this game is oriented for younger people. Even with an open mind I found stomaching the first episode a bit hard.
If all these consoles had the exact same specs and price 100%. Everyone would be arguing over which shape/size console was more appealing. That's what would matter then.

To those who responded. That's your opinions and I am cool with that. I think people making up a reason to hate the game are just as bad as those crusading for its approval. I am not looking for anyones approval of my thoughts on the matter. People are using this game as some sort of chip in the console wars. Both sides. I just think an upgrading system would have made the game better. It is what it is though. People seem to be treating this game as better than the last of us and its not....
The game is OK.. I beat it and hope part two will be better. Its pretty and its also missing any sort of upgrading system. The reason the game is selling is because 1. It had a lot of ad hype. 2. Its on a system with almost 20 million users. 3. Its the first really big AAA exclusive for PS4 for 2015. It has nothing to do with its score.
I am not putting down the game. I give it a 7 out of 10. I just don't think its that amazing. Not amazing enough to blame every reviewer ...
I have part 1 and part 2 already...feels like they could have offered a slight discount or something to PC players.

Nope been patiently waiting to play it on PC. The Mods and everything else make it much more appealing. I have not played it on Either gens consoles.
This game wasn't at first but has been growing on my radar. I am hoping for really awesome survival mmo. I am heavily into H1z1 and this looks like a lot more. Although I believe you play against 150-200 people on the h1z1 servers. Regardless its looking amazing

I don't know if anything he is saying about the DX version is true, but he has a point about the servers. Most devs won't touch the FREE servers because of online parity. Which is stupid. Only 1st party takes advantage of it. Look at COD AW.
I don't think developers should go for parity. However, the real point to be made is does anyone really know the difference? Especially when it takes a team of people at Digitalfoundry/Eurogamer to point it out. Even gamespot had an article about the matter and most people probably didn't even know the difference. Not sure if they gave the results but I am pretty sure at least half or more wouldn't be able to tell individually.

I think that's a pretty big assumption. Saying that anyone who states somewhat negative automatically falls into the "doesn't own a PS4" category. I am pretty sure both sides in the console war have had their share of disappointment from games this gen.
I am buying the game but I am a little hesitant because its $60 I am spending. I am excited for "Until Dawn" and its probably along the same lines as this game. I enjoyed...
Its because people like consoles not games. Sunset is a great game and I hope it comes to PS4. If they don't want to play it their loss.
