wow dude calm down. we've only been asking for those things for about 5 years now. give them some time. you can only do so much with a team of about 100 people and the millions this game has made.
someone got shot cause he wouldn't hand over his ps3, some kid killed himself because his wii was taken away, daddy killed his daughter because she was crying while he was playing gt4 on the ps2. Its has nothing to do with xbox. Some people are just stupid and rash enough to kill people over petty things.

Even if Ea did screw these guys over, (which they didn't really, they just inappropriately used their images kinda sorta, screwed implies malice) John Madden had nothing to do with it. He most likely didn't even know about the historical teams.

Downloading software illegally is thievery. A grammatical loophole doesn't make it ok. People have a right to be reimbursed for what they spent their time and effort on. You may not be stealing someones DVD, but you may be stealing someones food from the table.

MS and Sony aren't fighting each other in the OS or Computer market. The two are helping each other out because their aren't any negative consequences of doing that, just positive. Neither Sony nor Microsoft rely so much on their respective gaming divisions that it gets in the way of a lucrative deal.
In my honest opinion, i don't think square is any worse they've been in the past. I think the japanese style rpg is just getting old. they've been the same for so long, since before ps1 days. The only franchise that has tried new tings is Final Fantasy, which is interestingly still good. Sony and Microsoft have the exact same goal - profit, they just go about it differently. Maybe Sony believes the path to profit is supporting their gamers and using loyalty to meet their ends and, maybe MS doesn't give a damn about the consumer and thinks they won't even care if they screw them over. Maybe its the other way around. But believe me, they both want cash. They just have two different methods of obtaining it.
I see both sides sharing a mixed opinion. Maybe you need to check your eyes. Or maybe you need to just stop trying to turn everything into a ps3 vs. 360 flamefest.
