3 out of 5 is average in x-play's scale. its not done on a school a-f system.
How many of you guys saying confrontation sucked has played it recently? Its a great game, just had a bad launch.
I;m all for in game advertising, as long as it doesn't go overboard. but thats a load of sh!t.
Microsoft does not own the rights to pc games just because their on pc. Its the publisher of said game who decides what happens with it. Microsoft couldn't tell Maxis to release Sim City on xbox, because they have no power over that. A pc game is not an MS game, unless its published by MS.
I didn't mean to say that xbox live sucks in my above comment. i just think its really stupid to say that this is only newsworthy because "live never has a bad day."
every network will have its bad times. the psn will have one someday too.
I guarantee that if you won a broken 360, you'd be upset. If you had any sense you'd handle it privately first instead of b!tching about it online, but you would be at least a little angry.
They didn't do it on purpose. They probably made a mistake, you know, like all humans do?
He won it in a contest. Of course he expected it to work. You would to. And how would expecting a working 360 be unfair to anyone?
Personally, I wouldn't want to see an ad for 5 seconds if I was paying for a service. I just don't think its right.
What did you expect from a guys who's job involved getting hit in the head repeatedly?
Which service was the one that crashed for 2 weeks last year?
Halo isn't really generic, its actually pretty unique for a sci-fi game (this coming form a halo hater). Killone 2 doesn't place emphasis on its story at all, so it never really gets in the way. Its just an excuse to shoot and kill things. I think the conduit kind of pushes it story into your face. You see it more, because its more story based than Killzone. Thats why its more harshly critiqued then Killzone 2 in terms of story, the conduit relies on it more.
Thats just a guess a...
I was kinda hoping they'd be done with the voice overs by now. But I guess this is good news.
Cd keys have been around forever. They protect against nothing.
Google is all you need and any crack you want is a click away.
How dare they! Thinking they are entitled to be compensated for their hard work. What a bunch of pricks!
They have families dude. They spent alot of their life going to college and making the best of themselves. They deserve every penny they get.
Not a hit but at least it wasn't overlooked like Chinatown.
Not with that picture.
you thinks thats broken?
I don't see why everyone is blaming Blizzard for this. It a move to lower piracy numbers, and unfortunately, its required. If they had LAN, then even people who love blizzard would pirate this game just because they can. Multiplayer is what will keep some people from saying to themselves "instead of paying 50 bucks for this, i'll just torrent it."
And ya it sucks we have to sacrifice because some people can'find their morals on the internet, but it sucks even more as a ...
If someone stole something that you worked hard on, and you did everything you could to stop it, does that really make you greedy?
Blizzards not a greedy company, if they were, we'd have diablo 5 by now.
