I respect your opinion waverider, i personally did not experience them issues. Sure during cutscenes hair and clothes were going in odd directions, but not gamebreaking. I enjoyed the introduction of the story, as to why they were on the alien planet. I had no issues server side, i did not experience any disconnections or anything like that.
It is a last-gen game so i would not expect the graphics to be next-gen to be fair, all the issues people like yourself experienced in...
Like i said, an opinion on a demo, not a judgement on a game.
The opinion i took away from the demo was it was enjoyable to play, and made me pre-order.
What about the game do you and waverider not like? the cover works a lot like gears of war, so kind of came natural to me as a gears fan, looks like there are massive paths for different skill tree's, hit detection was on point, not sure why it is getting a bit of negativity. Only seemed to appear aft...
How can you judge it as an "average shooter" when the game ain't even out yet?
I think this game is going to be good, but everyone is entitled to their opinion, you think it is an average shooter copying from other games, millions will not.
How much did they pay out of interest?
"If 1 million people buy out riders and 1 million play out riders on gamepass which one is more beneficial"
People can fly, not only would they have a cheque for the game being on gamepass, they also then have a potential 1 million customers that would buy the DLC pack through gamepass.
So they would have an install base of 2 million players, 1 million would have paid $60 ($60 million dollars revenue), the cheque from Microsoft for the game on g...
It is the same with any network device, you stop using it, it will free up bandwidth for another device.
This is no different, they are not "rectifying" they are allowing you to suspend a game, essentially putting it in "quick resume" without impacting network download performance, freeing up the bandwidth reserved for the game, thus resulting in increased download speed.
It is a feature.
You just literally explained the feature, whilst saying "That is actually odd."
"On the PS4, if I'm playing a single player game it'll keep downloading whatever it is at full speed."
So does any other console
"Only when playing online does it affect speed at all."
That is what the feature is referring to, suspending a game that is using online resources, to increase the download s...
No, a portion of the connection is reserved on the console, suspending the game that is using the portion frees it up. You will only need to suspend, if you are getting a slow download and running a game using the connection.
This is explained fully in the article.
Just like how your connection/download speed will increase if someone using another device, stops hogging all the bandwidth.
"As of yet there hasn't been a truly native 4k, 60fps AAA title on these next gen systems"
Not quite sure what news you have been following Zhipp, but pretty much the next gen games, are 4K @ 60fps, granted, some may not be released yet, but they are coming, all with raytracing.
"It is a PS5 console exclusive that is developed by Arkane Lyon and supports some PS5 exclusive features as well."
I would fully expect it to have exclusive PS5 features, seeing as, you know it is PS5 exclusive.
What version are you referring to?
Edit : my bad, i thought it was already optimized for X, this must be what you are referring to lol.
My router does not support Wifi-6, so i'm good :)

"Remember back in the day when parents would tell you "Don't sit too close to that TV. It'll give you bad eyes!"
Yeah, it's up there with that crock of shit."
You do actually realise, that TV's and monitors etc, do indeed damage your eyes? If you did you would know that when you work at an office, by law you have to have mandatory breaks every hour or so, as well as screen filters ...
I experience VR in the 90's, your a bit late to the party lol.
VR is not a "new tech that no one new about" it has been around for years and years and has been attempted across multiple platforms.
"Facts are this, in 10 years' VR will be an integral part of almost everything in society, and you can take that to the bank."
They also predicted this is the 80's, and it still isn't.
And even this :-
"The 1990s saw the first widespread commercial ...
It was even attempted in the 80's or 90's if i remember correctly. Originally concepted in the 60's.
I think one of them was Sega VR, but i think it got cancelled for the genesis/mega drive.
I do not think Microsoft will release a VR headset themselves, i just think they will allow Oculus support.
Sony will not add Oculus support due to allowing a direct competitor to PSVR on their platform.
They would have to allow xbox live, gamertag logins, and connection to the xbox ecosystem, will never happen.
And Sony will not open their doors for people to log in to xbox live, more chance of a Wii U revival.
It felt to me like a Gears/Destiny/Mass Effect hybrid of sorts.
I liked it.
