Cbf finding article though.
Oh Valve, how I love thee.
Hopefully the next 6 parts don't get approved.
She definitely understands the whole "sex sells" thing.
I've got a pair of 6870's and they're great, now that the 69xx series is out you can get a pair of them for even cheaper.
Am going to see how the 6990's turn out, if they're as good as i'm hoping I may sell my 6870's and get a single 6990 and then grab another one when BF3 hits.
Hypocrite much?
Here's a first headline -
"Non stereotypical black people sue HHG!"
I'm wondering if there will be Templars in Deus Ex HR.....
Would be a great nod to the original...
You obviously never played the most popular competitive FPS series of all time. Go do some history lessons dude -

Lol @ you.
Exactly. I don't think they'd be that fussed if it was just a level or two with restricted graphics options. But the fact that it's the full game (albeit with the graphics restrictions) is a massive worry, and hopefully they'll go after whoever it was who fucked up.
Gonna be fucking awesome. Duke said so.
I'm more interested in finding out exactly how it got leaked. So far i've heard that some idiot put it on the EA servers and someone just happened to notice and grab it.
Think something else is going on here tbh.
Bah, that would be right, I pick on someone for a lol spelling mistake and then I make one as well.
I don't know, I think Hermoine is a pretty good heroine. She rocks.
It doesn't have to - it can emulate 20 or so different systems and has 20 or so years worth of compatible back catalogue games.
You'll find that (generally) any desktop build will outlast a laptop of roughly the same specs.
I'm currently running on roughly a 2-3 year full system upgrade cycle, but am finding that it isn't really necessary. My previous two builds to the one I did in December are still being used in the house for gaming and running fine.
The oldest is an e6400 with 4gbs of I think 800mhz ram and a 4870, the second is an e8500 with a 260GTX and 4gbs of 1066m...
+1.
Tbh I didn't expect that at all - expected the usual 8-10.
Is great news.
Don't need a monitor if you have a TV, wireless kb+m combos are cheap as chips these days, and you can get a Windows OS for fairly cheap as well.
On the contrary, i'd say the article is aimed at people who haven't wanted to jump into PC gaming previously due to the "$1000 gaming pc" myth.
@ Trroy - you can get a wireless kb+m combo for about $30 these days, and they do their job well. At the most, you're looking at $150 tacked on to...
How did this get through after the first fail article?
Wish the author would learn the definition of "in-depth". This isn't in-depth, this is a VERY brief overview, if that. Need better quality control here.
