Must just be the PC version that doesn't have handballs, I just checked and couldn't find the option anywhere.
I thought the free kick system was fine tbh.....I don't have any problems scoring goals with any player with half decent accuracy and curve ratings. It could probably be explained a little better - but I think the overall mechanic itself is fine, just takes some practice.

Seriously though - while it's obviously negligent by the company and workers, you would think that the bloke would of noticed that his safety bar wasn't locked in.
I think implementing hand balls in the game would be a nice touch as well.....as that's kind of an important thing to have.
They should also resolve their lefty bias issues - no referee or assistant in the game is lefthanded. Or female.

You obviously haven't been paying much attention to the coverage.....the SP is supposed to be well over double the length of the original, and the co-op is supposedly pretty long as well.

I'll be getting it on PC, but that's only because i'll more than likely be able to get it earlier than if I got the PS3 version, due to Steam unlock times generally being before the game is in shops over here. As well as the usual kb+m argument, plus the new Razer controller that will have exclusive content etc.
Having said that, it is hard to pass up the PS3 deal.
Am surprised considering how the first game was more of a cult hit than anything else......well deserved though, many congrats.

While I sometimes agree that failed or fucked up port forwarding can be the issue behind connection problems in MP games, it simply isn't the case here.
The netcode had massive issues on the PC, and we had dedicated servers. If they can't get that shit right, they've got no hope of getting a matchmaking system up and running.
ME3 should be end of the year.
On the GOTY topic - i'm thinking it will be a non-exclusive. Don't really care as long as the games i'm waiting for (most of the what you listed) are as good as i'm hoping.
Unfortunately my expectations for games like DX, P2, Rage, ME3 and ESV are pretty bloody high lol.
