And god knows it always takes them hours to find the "release" button for Steam.........maybe if they start searching now they'll find it on time for once.
I don't think it's possible to have more fun in a shooter than you can in TF2 on a PC. Absolutely brilliant game, with ongoing support from a brilliant dev. Couldn't ask for more.
inb4 wtb ep3.
Hehe, I don't know, Carmageddon had it's own special type of carnage. Tbh I think it was a more mindlessly violent game than Manhunt, can you imagine if it was remade in full HD?
Um, that's not controversial, that's standard practice. The controversy revolves around the whole kiddie death thing.
@ ElementX - yes, when I saw the story, I checked it out.
edit - I will say though that the PC version is currently unconfirmed. Nobody is really sure yet if it's the real deal, although there's no doubt that the console rips are real.
We're not talking about KZ3, we're talking about Crysis. Comparing a game that is made specifically for the PS3 by a dev that has been working with the platform since day one, to a game that is made for top of the line PC's by a dev that hasn't used the engine on a console before is stupid.
As to what looks better on PC than KZ - where do I begin? Metro for starters. Far Cry2. I'm sure others can supply more, i'm just looking at what i've got insta...
Up to par with the PC version? Are you delusional?
Agreed that it should probably be better than the 360 version, but both will be leagues behind the PC version graphically speaking. Lets face it - if Mass Effect 2 had issues being put onto consoles, Crysis sure as hell will.
Great list.
Never played Boogerman though. Carmageddon would be freaking awesome. Can just imagine the outrage lol.
Well, at least the PC version took a little longer. The 360 version has been available for a day or so now, the PC version only went up a couple of hours ago from what I can tell.
This article isn't about KZ3.
The trailer is the best of the year so far by a long shot imo, and I don't know if anything will beat it. There is no reason at all for this to be controversial - people should just enjoy it for what it is, a brilliantly written trailer for what will more that likely be a mediocre game.
"I'd say being a parent does make me more sensitive to images of child death. Which doesn't feel that unhealthy IMO"
Fair enough.
But d...
I thought the "thought it would be coal" comment in the youtube comments was good.
It's pretty hard for people to have a controller that hasn't been released yet.
Tbh, while it could of been interesting, I don't really see any benefit that Portal and Valve would of gotten from the Move.
And when you think about it, Valve had to do something to show PC gamers that they're still front and foremost in their minds.
Wow, they've been busy.
Bahahahahahahaha
Glad that's cleared up.
"exclusive levels specifically designed for the Hydra."
While the Hydra looks amazing, if I can't play these levels with my kb+m, I will be annoyed. I'll more than likely be getting a Hydra anyway, but not necessarily at launch, depending on prices down here.
Lol nice.
OT - I don't see how they can conceivably enforce a lifetime ban on a person. Tbh i'd be quite worried if they did.
The DXHR trailer is still my favourite of recent times, but that Dead Island trailer is simply stunning.
Or, you could pre-order Portal 2 on Steam and get the first one for free.
"It's a warm statement, but not well-advised if you're trying to compete against the latest and greatest of shooters."
No, that's exactly why it will sell well, and it will be a great game. The FPS genre (with a couple of notable exceptions) has been stale for a few years now, with no real innovation or breath of fresh air. Duke is that breath, and he'll force it through your nose and out your ears if he has to.
