I think they do "most" of the time these days after enough of a stink was raised in the forums. As I said though, they do conveniently "forget" sometimes.
When you factor in that they're supporting that new Razer motion controller, it's not a huge surprise really.
Is interesting, as I heard that the reason for the delay was because of the DRM......this would make sense if they're getting rid of it.
Valve has been known to "forget" putting things like this on their store page before though, so i'll wait for official word.
I actually think what they're doing is a great idea. I think it would get stale to constantly play as the same X Men over and over again, and i'm like you, i'm a massive X Men fan.
I think the customization system they're implementing sounds cool, only thing i'd say is that there needs to be more branches, rather than picking from such a small number at the beginning.
DX11 is/will be great.
I'd hold off until the 6990 hits - the price of the 68xx and 68xx will drop down even further then, as will Nvidia's 4xx and 5xx series.
What PSU have you got? Something that's powering dual 260's should haven't too many dramas running a single high end DX11 card.
OT - it's going to be a great year to be a PC gamer. It's going to be an ever greater year for multiplat gamers.
Yeah, that was the original date.
Has been moved to April at the earliest.
Honestly can not believe that someone can be that stupid.
Oh wait, you only play sports games. No wonder you've got no clue.
"Not exactly the most exciting for the casual gamer there."
Now we're talking casual games? Ever heard of Popcap? Hell, ever heard of farmville?
"Which makes it almost painful when they claim that their brand of games is the most popular out there."
I don't think anybody actually does that - the only time a PC gamer will say something like is when a console gamer makes the assumption that X game is better on consol...
"arguably having as good graphics as the consoles."
It's not up for debate. The best looking PC games look WAY better than the best looking console games. KZ, UC etc look great, but can't hold a candle to Crysis, Metro, hell, even SC2. You'll note that 2 of those 3 games are FPS.
"Half-Life 2 which later came out for consoles in the form of the very successful Orange Box which contained more content than the PC version."
Wow that sucks.
My gf had a 120gb ipod which started playing out of only one channel after just under a year, luckily was still under warranty. Maybe the built the old ones a lot sturdier?
Lol. I'm pretty sure they're still fairly financially safe.
Really?
I've got an old iPod 30gb (the first model that supported video I think) which I use to play music in between sets at gigs, has been thrown around, dropped, wet etc and still works fine.
I've also got an iPhone 3g that is running fairly smoothly after a couple of years as well. Is starting to show it's age sometimes, but in general it's still kicking on fairly well.
I really want this game to be good.
Not expecting it, but hoping.
Is a great story. Brilliant mod too.
The Medic looks fucking awesome.
Showing download statistics doesn't prove anything really.
If you want to prove that piracy is harming the industry, you have to show sales statistics at the very least. Otherwise, this is opinion - not fact.
That doesn't look life size to me.....
I want to be able to kill someone by dropping a fat woman on them. This is what Hitman has missed all these years.
Lol nice.
Is definitely Mark Lanegan. Check out his albums I guess.
@ MaxOpower - who said it was or had to be the blues?
