Heard that before last year and Xbox 360 outsold the PS3. MS is really strong in the holiday season.

I love Bungie for creating the Halo universe. It is simply the best story and the best multiplayer for a FPS and they created that.

Just to clear the profitable-stuff up:
Sony said the Vita was profitable day one. That is true for the hardware. The profit is probably a tiny one, but still a profit. But keep in mind that this is just for the hardware per unit. Costs like marketing, distribution, R&D can't be forgotten.
That is why Sony also said they want to make the PS Vita a profitable business in 3 years.

2012 is still a very bad year for the PS3 software-wise. The only good game was Journey and the holiday lineup looks blank.

People need to stop praising Sony for failing with exclusives. Twisted Metal, Starhawk, Modnation Racers or Sorcery did not sell wel at all.
It is just the internet hyping it up. If only half the people here on N4G hyping a gmae like Starhawk actually bought it, it would have twice as much sales.
Fact is: PS3 gamers don't spend $60 for most of their exclusive games.
That would be even worse since these games should be the new hotness on the Vita this year.
