Cuz the ps eye's movement tracking isn't as good as ps4's camera. The move controllers can be used.

Lol the ps camera jumped up to the first page of Amazon best sellers list on sale for $44. Luckily I own one already from my ps4 purchase along with a pair of move controllers from the PS3 days.

Well he does give more details such as that the Xbox runs at Sub res and at worst around 20% less pixels than ps4 when outdoors which is the majority of the game. Indoors it's maintaining 1080 consistently.
Also his test results show 0% torn frames with locked solid 30fps for ps4.
Xbox has slight torn frames and fps hitch. All in all close between the two.
