“Your memory is wrong”
Seriously? If you didn’t like the game, that’s one thing, but to blatantly shit on the incredible work that was the original, the incredible work that is the remake, AND the opinions of people who like, is irrefutable that you’re nothing but a loser troll who has to convey their misery by pretending only their opinion is relevant.
It’s okay though. I see that the game still has a 93 on metacritic, and this review just makes me laug...
Well, after the apparent travesty that was RCTW, I’m not holding my breath for anything worth a shit.
Not really why people would want it to be some generic overly done action. It’s survival horror; it’s meant to make you work with very little at your disposal.
I really hope they add some sort of cooperative survival MP, like in UC4. That mode is insanely fun, and TLoU is very ripe for it.
It looks like it’s gonna be a port of the cheap shoddy phone game. Why bother.
If Capcom is smart though, they’ll never sign another exclusivity deal for this franchise.
Typically games sell almost as many as they ship, especially high profile titles like this.
Well that pretty much confirms that the PS4 version of MHW, alone, will be the be the best selling MH game to date. Those Nintendo fans, who were praying for this to be a flop, aren’t going to be too happy.
I disagree with Woolly’s comment, but your statement is definitely not true. While Japanese devs are talented in their own way, almost none of them push graphical boundaries like many western devs do. Let’s not forget that SSM, ND, Sucker Punch, and Insomniac are all based in the US.
I remember when E3 2013 was coming around, and all the Xbox fans were telling people “MS’s new DRM and online-only console model is the future! We have to get used to it and accept it because all other models are going to fail!”
They aren’t that great now, no shit Sherlock, But they were amazing when they first came out. Not many handheld games at the time could make claim to the same level of content and replayability that the original Pokemon games had. Doesn’t matter what opinions now are, the two started a phenomenon and will always be remembered fondly by the majority of us who played them originally.
Just based off videos, it looks great overall, but awful when your ship starts to flood; then it just becomes a flat boring transparent sheet.
Well, let’s be real here, not a lot of Xbox users are going to buy this. Definitely not nearly as many as PS4 users will.
I hope so. These look sick. Move is in desperate need of an update.
Because Sony titles typically look amazing, other fanbases feel the need to dig deep to find faults, so they can justify their own purchases. The people complaining never even planned on getting the game. Hell, they likely don’t even have PS4’s.
I’ll wait for DF to do an actual comparison between the final product and original footage. The segment in the forest looks more like the path changed, rather than graphics downgraded. Just like HZD and UC4, a lot of people want this to be a downgrade so they can cry and pretend it’s ruined a game for them that they never intended to buy, for a console they don’t even own. Even if there is a “downgrade”, the game still looks phenomenal, and I’m still getting the Stone Mason Edition on day 1 t...
Sweet. Now I can finally play this one so I can do FBH
@Neon How often do you see Sony/ PS4 users touting PS4 Pro as the best way to game on PS, while claiming base PS4 is irrelevant?
Comments like “X is how games are meant to be played” suggest that if you don’t have a X, you’re irrelevant.
That’s the spirit! You tell those people who bought a Xbone/ S in the last 4 years how stupid and irrelevant they are! lol
Happens with every major release; some far neck-bearded basement-dwelling shut-ins decide they’re going to make up a whole new site just to shit on something that the majority love.
