I think Gears 3 and Skyrim is a better choice.
Not digging the new spidey or movie so far. I mean was a reboot already necessary?
Looking forward to this game. I have heard it's like a hyper God of War game. Now that I have seen it, I am excited that it does have a GOW feel but with that Japan gaming flair to it.
Capcom looks to have a good potential with this and Dragon's Dogma next year.
I am surprised to see such promising new IP's this late in a console generation.
Mr. David "the moron" Jaffe speaks again. This guy can't keep his big fat mouth shut. He acts like he is more relevant than he really is. Here is what I would like him to answer.
How does that less than 50,000 pre-orders to your craptacular looking Twisted Metal taste?
I swear he spouts off at the mouth for people to remember he is out there and is making a game, lol so they can get a couple more thousand pre-orders.
I will still be playing Gears 3. I may get MW3 and/or BF3 later on but Gears 3 is packed full of content, then I have Skyrim that will carry me until years end, so neither is a priority for me. This is coming from a COD fan I prestiged 8 times in BOPS.
tell us something we don't know. Of course gameplay is king. I was asking if others felt the look of the game is crap.
I do not regret buying. Completionists should know you have to play thru it three times to get all achievements and the game is fun enough for three plays.
Others on the fence should know a whole level in Shadows pays homage to the Evil Dead film franchise. Thats worth a purchase right there.....oh my big boner, like my big boner.
Is it just me or do the scans make the game look mediocre graphics wise?
Now that they want to sell it as a full retail release, I seriously doubt there is enough of a game to justify this move and feels more like a cash grab and to tempt hardcore gamers that a hardcore Kinect title has finally been made. The whole smell around this game reeks of corporate intrusion.
Ditto. I mean whoever thought releasing a game that clearly should be a mini-game included in a retail or full price title as an arcade title should have their head examined.
Vanquish and Bayonetta are both excellent games that I purchased full price and don't regret it.
Most recently I have been playing Splatterhouse and really enjoying it. It has some long load times and trial and error gameplay, but the core combat is entertaining and I really like the art work. The graphics aren't the greatest but the cel shaded like look is pretty cool. Also, for those that like the Johnson torch sidekick banter in Shadows of the Damned may like t...
This is unimpressive even for an arcade title. They thought this little mini-game should be released as a stand alone game, wow.
realise this the better. He promotes a left wing agenda, very wisely might I add, for bigger government and higher taxes, which means less freedom and liberty for you and me. Then when someone calls him out on it he hides behind a veil that its comedy. He is a hypocrit and the irony is that he is the real joke.
Me to. I have the week of July 4th off so I will be playing the hell out of this game and the survivor mode with 6 players shoud be intense hope enough people buy it. I expect a cult following on this one.
I can see a few elements from that game that have gone into Infamous and Prototype. Plus the creation of your own superhero is being used as a major selling point for the new X-Men game. Dare I say that Hero may have been ahead of it's time? I wish it had not been cancelled cause the developers had some really good ideas to bad they did not get to flush them out and finish the game.
It' still launching on July 5th here in the states right? I have it preordered.
and new IP's yet we rarely support these new takes on games with solid sales numbers. It's disappointing, I wanted to purchase SoTD this weekend but my local Best Buy didn't have it. I was like WTH, has this game been sent to die? No marketing and can't find it on store shelves. It makes me sad, I will find a copy and DAMNIT I will buy it to support this developer as the reviews and videos show it's a heck of a good game.
the preception that he is a big jerk or comes across as one. That is what he should really worry about. He gets cross at simple things and lashes out. Like that time he got ticked and said he was quitting blogging forever, then he was back at it again in no time. He is like a big baby that has had success and still hasn't grown up.
I don't have a gaming rig, but will be picking this up on 360. Can't wait, heard many good things about it.
