@TriniOutsider 💯, pc fanatics have been trying to force this metric into the conversation likes it's at all meaningful when it comes to console players. Even within the pc community there are only a handful of games that register huge on the steam charts despite pc's large player base.
What were people expecting? Unless the game has technical flaws I don't understand how it can be reviewed so positively on the 360 and so mixed to bad for this iteration of it.
Didn't like the demo at all. Actually convinced me not to purchase the game.
Couldn't care less what model they use to measure success at least playstation gives all the data quarterly including unit sales. Xbox mau's metrics are always covered in vague terms and metrics because Microsoft model is to hide real data due to the brand failing.
Download Sagat this last weekend, one of my favorite characters.
People who argue that they are never explain how incentivising the public away from their own store front (where they make 95+ % of their income) is a way to "grow" their business. I mean, I guess, companies have done dumb things before, but alot of this talk is routed in what Microsoft is currently doing. Microsoft is not Sony, the Xbox division could dissappear from existence right now and it would have zero impact on their bottom line. Playstation is Sony's most profitable/va...
Maybe they'll be free to speak more honestly, instead of shilling.
I have developed a serious disliking for this ceo of Arrowhead wish he'd shut up. Haven't played HD2 in several months, lol.
It will surpass the ps4 when gta6 launches
Why do most of these games come out in the last days of the month, lol. Thought I'd be playing some of them in a week or so.
Trailers was good, highly entertaining. Graphical presentation really popped.
@JEECE, you make of the data what you wish to, but big giant gaps in the information available to you should limit what conclusions you draw from it.
Trusted reliable propagandist willing to spread lies with basement dwelling xbox warriors.
We grade Nintendo on a curve. "Great machine, if it released a decade ago", lol. Don't get offended Nintendo fans at least they're fully focused on their paying customers, can't say that about Sony these days.
Microsoft always knew it was unsustainable they have number crunchers to. They are a 3 trillion dollar company that can afford to take big gambles like drive down the value of games in exchange for the hope of growing a large subscription base. Gamble didn't work.
As a playstation gamer, SIE has increasingly spoken less and less directly to me. They seem focused on everything else but it's paying customers. This isnt even about HD2 going to xbox for me, playstation seems obsessed with everything else but making their own loyal customers happy. This is a messaging issue that even I'm beginning to notice.
@Rifzcofu, Nintendo are the good guys? Lol. The difference between Sony/Nintendo vs Microsoft is that the former need their videogames business to succeed. Microsoft has always looked at videogames as a pet project they use from time to time to achieve some company wide goal. Their fans clearly care more about xbox then they do, lol.
@Michiel1989, we don't disagree but that's not how Nintendo fans who all of a sudden want to get into console war nonsense, talk. You believe Nintendo fans online and you'd think switch 2 sold 100 million consoles in it first week on the market.
@Michiel1989 tell that to the myriad of Nintendo fans who've done nothing but talk about Nintendo impressive sales, how they are number 1 and have outsold Playstation.
No other platform holder pushes these bs metrics like Microsoft.
