@everyplatformgamer, oh god stop living in the past. All this phony reminiscing about the ps3 generation. Some of you guys like talking/complaining about the business of gaming more than actually just playing games, lol. Toxic fandom/gaming media, have created a culture of whining and complaining about what's supposed to be a fun hobby.
I dont think that's in the cards not with the 80 plus billion spent on gaming this gen. Microsoft aint subsidizing hardware anymore look how they've priced the series consoles and offered no deals this past holidays. Sony pulling away from pc ports is because there is no good rational for continuing to do so.
Microsoft always trying to get people to look to the future when present realities are going so well.
@Inverno, that was long tearful rant, you feel better now? Lol. Nobody cares about the pc gaming community the orphans of the gaming industry. Even Nvidia has abandoned you, lol. Now go play "pizza making express" on your $10,000 rig, nobody cares pc gamer.
I actually dont want From working on a remake of BB on their own without some other studio taking care of the technical/graphical presentation. Great studio in terms of lore building, art direction, combat systems. Absolutely terrible when it comes to technical expertise.
Copilot is running the xbox division now, its first official act was fire Spencer and Bond then sell Xbox for scraps.

Hope they all land somewhere else. Never understood the dumb move to put them on a live service god of war game. Should have immediately put them onto a Demons souls dlc where the 5th arch stone is repaired and the world explored, even could have involved some art designers with From. That would have been fire.
Ill buy it for sure but its probably my 8th most anticipated game of the year behind Soros, Crimson Desert, Marvel Tokon, Wolverine, Phantom blade zero and GTA6. This year is stacked.
Absolutely. Didn't fill like a bunch of "filler " content.
Excellent game, my game of the year. Its open world is my favorite of any of the open worlds of the games I've played this gen.
Microsoft could have always just continued to make/seek good exclusives for the xbox after the 360 and sell a console at an affordable price. But that has never been good enough for them. They went a solid decade after the 360 producing little to no good games, then out of sheer desperation decided to come up with this stupid "Netflix of gaming" nonsense move we all predicted wouldn't work and was bad for the industry. The next move was to buy whole publishers and force everyon...
Sunk-cost fallacy in action.
And Microsoft wants to release another super expensive console next gen? Bizzaro world economics over there. Phillip Bartholomew Spencer will be promoted on the strength of these loses. Lol
The ps5pro released at the right time, with more time (say late 2028, early 2029) and data PSSR will have more time to mature in advance of the ps6.
This is the best time to buy the ps5 or any console really. It's in these later years that the game library is very mature. Plus the ps5, especially the pro is excellent hardware for the price.
Looks like a pretty cool game, unfortunate for xbox series owners.
@coolbeans, dont know, I think Cronos just hasn't impressed me enough to make returning to it an absolute necessity right now. I'll likely start it up again in the next couple of weeks, paid for it might as well finish it.
I abandoned Cronos to play Yotei, which became my game of the year. Dont know about getting back to Cronos, there are some great looking games coming out soon.
@N21 speak for yourself. This to me has been the best generation of gaming, so many great games I've played. Gt7vr2, lies of p, re9 etc etc. It's cool now to be miserable about all thing gaming.
