I really hope that the final game uses the weapon system found in Episode Duscae and doesn't dumb things down like the Platinum Demo did....
Oooo that's awesome! Hopefully we'll have to option to toggle back to 720p/30FPS though...1080p60FPS will wreak havoc on a bunch connection speeds.
That's retail! PC gamers rarely pay full price for higher-end components :P
Build a PC Sales and Hardware Swap are our best friends!
I don't think Konami could try to be any more awkward than it already is. Seriously. They're just wacky.
Hahahha, I've done that while typing the URL. Leads to quite interesting results! XD
No, just no. The game isn't bad, but it is NOT good enough to buy an entire console for.
Remedy could have done so much more with Quantum Break, and it pains me to see how much effort, money, and time was put into the cinematic sequences when it could've been absorbed into more meaningful gameplay scenarios.
Huh. No pictures, or review score? Weird. And the video is just a rehash of the written content. I expected much higher quality from Feminist Frequency, given how much cash they rake in with Kickstarters and whatnot.
How is this a way forward? How does this benefit Microsoft in any way? Aren't they completely losing money with this? I don't understand the logic that any company would be willing to do this.
You can re-sell used physical game discs. You can't resell digital copies of games--you can only sell them once.
Episode Duscae completely smashes the demo in every way. There's only one fun area--the end battle--and everything leading up to that is just...boring.
Yeah, the Xbox One is hideously bad. The UI is shite, sharing videos and screenshots is absolutely horrible, and downloads/installs are super slow.
The console drives me nuts.
Yep, of course it was. That controller was so obviously not a PS4/XBO controller :P
I don't know about the site, but a quick look at the official Xbox.com listing confirms the news!

I too love how it's optional to stream or download the videos. You can also skip them, if you want. But considering the cinematic scenes are a huge portion of the game's story I don't think anyone should skip them.
Sony will be holding a third wave of pre-orders in Summer 2016, so don't panic!
touche :P
Not bundling the PSVR with hardware that's required to operate it is absurd. I understand why the PS4 isn't included, but not the peripheral that's literally needed to make it work.
Although I'm not surprised. Sony is pretty awkward and frankly I'm surprised they're offering the whole $499 package so soon. I expected Sony to take full advantage of the PS Camera's jacked up price due to low stock before they released an all-in-one version.
IGN's whole "First" series feels like an advertisement, too. Usually I don't mind because we get to see fresh content and footage, but it also alienates other websites...just because IGN is so huge it gets exclusive first access to almost every game, and in return, the site seems to pander to the devs/publishers.
The whole "$1000 PC" is inflamed pretty hard. You can find sales and deals if you're wise. These companies go off of the MSRP of Nvidia hardware and negate an entire huge facet of sales-finding communities that are built around saving cash.
Yeah, having a VR-ready PC isn't going to be cheap. But you need to spend more than $800 for the total PSVR experience, and you can get Rift+PC deals for like $1100 or so. It's crazy!
Why is it so hard to believe that console powered VR might be bad for long-term experiences?
I don't understand this thought process. The article tells you what console VR is--a small step up from mobile VR--and makes it clear that it's not nearly as powerful or prestigious as PC-powered VR.
I haven't tried either one, but I think it's wise to realize what you're getting into when you go PSVR. It's not going to be a definitive VR exper...
Huh...no real mentioning of hardware speculation, or AMD's new Polaris tech. I'm thinking the new Xbox will use an AMD Polaris 10 Ellesmere derivative similar to the PlayStation 4 Neo--IF it is an upgrade.
That'd hit native full 1080p 60FPS and further hit the gains of DirectX 12.
I have some ideas on another Xbox product: Xbox One HDMI stick. Slap the stick into an HDTV and you can stream games from a Windows 10 PC (or Xbox One) to a TV, simi...
