I agree wholly with the review. I personally was extremely let down and bored with this game, and the controls were awful.
Quite honestly this game reminds me of that awful SNES game that AVGN reviewed called "Lester the Unlikely", heh.
Quite impressive and awesome, was hoping Skyrim would have something like this.
Maybe this is a precursor for an Elder Scrolls movie? :D
Ah okay, sorry I misunderstood.
Awesome story! I agree with many of the selections on this list, and I always enjoy pieces like this.
Personally I'm not too hip on the current XBLA releases. There are some good ones, but quantity isn't better than quality, and I find that some XBLIG's are actually more fun than the recently XBLA's -and- they're cheaper!
This might do better labeled as an opinion piece, but I'm not sure if it's a requirement.
Good to see changes in EA's new FIFA title--I've heard that the series was in need of a few alterations.
At first I read this wrong: I thought it said you'd get MW4 for free instead of CoD4, heh.
This is one of the more favorable Rise of Nightmare reviews, heh. I personally don't own a Kinect because of the point you made, that there aren't really any gamers for gamers on the console.
Gunstringer is one of the good ones, though, and I'd like to try it out sometime.
This reminds me of an idea I had: what the Fallout world would look like pre-war...and this mod goes one step towards the lush landscape that was ruined by the nuclear fallout.
Normally no formula racing games appeal to me, but this one looks pretty sweet.
This is amazingly awesome to me, as I've always wanted to use an X360 controller to play a Diablo game. I remember playing the first Diablo title on PlayStation and it worked surprisingly well.
Yeah, unfortunately my internet isn't capable of supporting OnLive--hopefully they'll work on that, since I'd love to review the platform and it's massive library of games.
100% agreed that we need Mods...yet mods are created by users most of the time, not by the company, so they'd have to optimize that for consoles.
I really think this would be fantastic though, imagine re-playing a new version of Skyrim every month with new items, characters, quests--you name it!
Tempura of the Dead is AWESOME, I love it quite a bit. Nothing says a great Indie game like juggling zombie heads!
This is great! Looking forward to doing what I can to help out and the submissions are awesome, it's going to be hard narrowing down 60+ titles and choosing the best of the best especially since most of them are impressive in their own way.
Going to be a great event and this is a fantastic event for Indie Game devs, journalists and gamers alike :D
Looking good! Reminds me of a futuristic city from Blade Runner or another sci-fi series perhaps ;]
Oh noez, might as well give them a sample of heroin and cigarettes too!
Agreed, this is a great game to play while waiting on other releases, however to fully enjoy it's advised that you play with a fully party on Xbox LIVE.
Singleplayer is fun, but to get the full extent of the game and to find the perfect character it may take a few playthroughs. The random loot drops making it akin to Diablo and Torchlight and it has a Dragon Age feel to it as well.
And yes, all Xbox LIVE Arcade & Indie games have demos :P
