Honestly I liked this game once I got the hang of it. Don't get me wrong, the first five games were HORRIBLE. I stuck with it, and by the sixth and seventh round I was having fun.
You can transform and convert you gun on the fly, basically changing a marksman rifle into a powerful bolt-action sniper rifle, or an assault rifle into a destructive LMG.
Plus I like the explosive mechanics, and the whole idea of scavenging materials off of dead enemies/vehicle...
Intel isn't hitting back at GAMERS, it's hitting back at manufacturers that literally went against its advisory regulations.
The Xbox One has the worst UI I've ever seen in any device. The New Xbox One Experience update only shows that Microsoft is willing to just band-aid the real problems instead of fixing them.
The PS4's UI, on the other hand, is arranged logically. Yes, the PS4 has its problems, too, and definitely isn't perfect. But I can easily record and share footage and screenshots without using Microsoft's most awful invention ever: Snap Mode.
Kudos to all...
Yeah, there's only three elemental magics, but they are dynamic and interact with the environment. So you can light grass and oil on fire for extra damage, or using Thunder in the rain for more damage.
There's also "ring" magic, which is exclusive to the bearer of the Lucis royal signet ring. So basically only Noctis will be able to use Ring Magic.
Undertale, to me, is less of a game and is more of a kind of a microcosm of internet culture. It has old-school NES elements, a ton of heart, a neat story and some of the most fascinating and original content you can find...but it's more than just a game: it's the kind of experience that pulls people together, inspires a ton of memes, and generally feels like an inside club for a ton of gamers.
If you don't get Undertale, maybe try looking around at some of the hi...
I'm less concerned about the Xbox One's size than its internal components. Let's hope a "slim" refresh will make use of AMD's purportedly new Xbox One APU for some much-needed extra horsepower.
It's really weird how people downvote you for speaking the truth. The Xbox One is an inferior console, compared to PS4 and especially to PC's.
I think console owners just need to understand that and come to terms with it. Yes, the Xbox One has intuitive features, and it does some great things. Same with the PS4. But hardware-wise, they're very outdated.
Sony has combined the awful trend of HD remasters with backwards compatibility to create a truly unholy spawn of wallet-smashing evil.
Weird, N4G seems all over the place. People were praising Sony over PSVR, lauding how amazing it'll be for VR on consoles...and now that everyone's eyes have been opened, they've realized that it's not going to be the magical platform they expected.
See I knew this would happen! I told everyone to be cautious about PS VR, and I'm glad people are starting to see the truth behind Sony's VR presence now rather than later.
I can't believe this game is already here!
Sadly MS has said in the past its up to the publishers, and they have to basically "convince" publishers like Take Two that backward compatibility is a good move.
This probably has something to do with sales and whatnot...so I expect certain publishers just not being interested ;[
I'm very disappointed at the childish way a lot of people respond to Fallout 4. The game is rather amazing and represents a truly massive undertaking that culminates in a sprawling journey a cross a digital world.
Bethesda deserves praise and acclaim for their contributions to gaming. Fallout 4 remains one of the most entertaining and spectacular games I've ever played. I'm truly ashamed of how some people act these days, as if everything has to be deemed 100% per...
This a fantastic article! Thank you for writing it :D
Despite the reports and instances of frame-rate drops, this game is a shining gem that captures the light of the sun-god of gaming. It really takes everything great about Fallout and just amplifies it all the way up to 11.
Don't worry, Fallout fans. You can trust Bethesda. They've given you the keys to a truly special type of world, and you can do whatever you want with it.
This is blown way out of proportion. All I can tell you guys is just wait. Don't let this ruin the game for you. Play it for yourselves. Controversy is bread and butter for a good portion of the gaming scene.
You will all be pleasantly surprised by Fallout 4 to say the least.
Halo 5's campaign is incredibly broken. The AI system is immeasurably bad, making singleplayer or Legendary just sadistic punishment. 343 Industries should be embarrassed about how bad this game's singleplayer campaign is, which makes up half of the actual content.
I've never been so frustrated in any Halo game; a game shouldn't be hard because you literally have to fight with terrible broken mechanics in order to progress.
This "review" is embarrassingly light on details. It feels like a primer than actual feature length content. Really, we could get nearly everything mentioned in a few official game trailers.
I suppose it's too much to expect thorough, in-depth reviews from professional games outlets hm?
I'm still blown away that PS gamers think the PS4 can deliver quality VR, especially since the console can't support VR on its own and needs a processing box.
I'm dubious about VR as a whole, but extremely skeptical that Sony can handle this kind of weight. The PS4 is only great, IMO, because its the better choice over the Xbox One. But honestly I can see all PSVR games being demo-sized than full blown games.
I'd advise everyone to read up abo...
Microsoft has been bragging for MONTHS about its exclusives. The company has actively contributed to this "exclusion zone" strategy, and it's really weird to see them shift focus so quickly.
