"SEAL the show, not STEAL the show". Notice how he said "for the end of E3", implying that Nintendo will probably have many announcements to make, and Metroid Prime 4 (or anything similar) would be best saved until a big show like E3, to close their conference.
@fatstarr: I think you missed my point a bit. I said on my first reply that Nintendo wouldn't do it with the Wii U, because it's already out. And of course Nintendo has done things right, just as they've done things bad. Backwards compatibility has been one of the good things Nintendo has done.
My point was that Nintendo has done some decisions that are only in benefit to themselves, disregarding the consumers... exactly like Microsoft and Sony have done in other ...
Not possible. Conker is a Rare property, and Rare is now owned by Microsoft. :/
No, it's made by Nintendo, a company that practically never gives price drops to any of their games, tie your Nintendo ID account to your console (so, if you have it stolen, too bad, you can't redownload the stuff you bought on the eShop), and charge you again and again for the same digital games (and if you want to play one VC game you already bought, you can pay a "small fee" to add the Wii U features), and they region-lock their systems...
Don't be so...
That's absolutely untrue. Nintendo is well aware that Sony and Microsoft are their most direct competitors, not Apple (which is a indirect competitor not only to Nintendo, but to ALL gaming companies).
I think this article is right on the money. Sony and Microsoft's next console announcements are going to generate a lot of excitement, and Nintendo needs to release some of their heavy hitters in order to combat this and tell to the main public "hey, we've a console out already, look!".
Like the article so accurately points out, Nintendo did just that in lieu of the Vita's upcoming release, throwing us Mario Kart 7 and Mario 3D Land with less than a mont...
Ok, now I see what you're doing. I fell for your game twice before, but now, all I got to say is: nicely done. 8/10.
Dude, Super Mario Bros. 2 was one of the best selling games for the NES, and was pretty well received by the gaming public at the time. Nobody knew that SMB2 wasn't even a Mario game initially. All of that came to the surface many years later, thanks to the internet.
And suddenly, people in the internet started talking about Mario Bros 2 like it was a bad game or something. Seriously, have you really played it? If you did, you would know that it's a superb platforming...
And you say that based on... what, exactly?
What? No, wait, what? Wut, wat, whut? Wha--
...
...What?
Except they didn't exactly disappoint with GTA IV. Yes, there are people that didn't like the more serious tone of this game, but overall, it was very well received by critics and main public alike. Regardless of the tone, it still felt distinctly GTA, and it was still an extremely well done game.
I have the weirdest boner right now.
;_;
Why? For reference, the current deluxe bundle, at $350, gives you Nintendo Land, , the Deluxe Download program, plus the stands.
If this rumour turns out to be true, then you would get, at $400: Nintendo Land, the Deluxe Download program, the stands, Zombi U AND a Pro Controller.
If you were to buy a normal deluxe bundle, and a Pro Controller and Zombi U separately, that would cost you $460.
They're basically giving Zombi U for free with ...
This in particular is what bothers me:
"Truthfully we already have when you go into overall detail. I don't see ZombiU being achieved on the last gen console without massive downgrades."
That's simply not true. Zombi U, graphically speaking, is perfectly doable on PS3 and Xbox 360. Now, when it comes to gameplay, that's another matter entirely, because of the Wii U's gamepad integration on that game, which is superb. But the graphics...
No. No. No, no, no, no, no, no.
Just NO.
Zombi U is barely a decent looking game. It's nothing spectacular by any means, and certainly doesn't compare to any of the best looking games available for PS3 and Xbox 360. Mass Effect 2 & 3, Batman Arkham City, all the Uncharted games (yes, even the first one), Red Dead Redemption, God of War 3, Halo 4 and a plethora of many other games are undeniably better than Zombi U graphically.
As ...
They always do. With ALL of their consoles, Nintendo has made games that use the hardware to great effect.
While I think the Wii U will probably be considerably weaker than the PS4 and Next Xbox, I also think Nintendo will blow my socks off with their next 3D Mario, Zelda and Metroid games. What they may lack in power, they will very likely make up for it in art direction, tight gameplay and a clever use of the resources available with the hardware at hand. Nintendo has alway...
You tell people to use their brains and wait until there are more games that actually make the Wii U a worthwhile purchase, yet in the same post you say you will get a PS4 day one. What, you think the PS4 will launch with new God of War, Uncharted, Gran Turismo and Infamous games all available on day one?
Logic much?
Not really, Zombi U already did it pretty good. But this new game will probably be better, given Naughty Dog's pedigree.
Why?
Judging by the disagrees, people don't understand humor. :(
