I've only played 2 of their games - Meat Boy and Super Meat Boy. And both are excellent (Meat Boy is excellent considering it's just a Newsgrounds game).
And Super Meat Boy is almost perfect in all regards. Nothing "mediocre" in it.
Is Binding of Isaac a terrible game, or what?
...and Wii, too, but that's not enough. Not at all. :P
Sorry, I meant Trine 2. :P
Nobody denies that Capcom has many great franchises with a big history behind them. However, it's also no secret that Capcom has been, generally speaking, incredibly shitty this whole console generation, which has lasted 7 years now.
So, no, they actually deserve almost all the hate they get.
So, the guys at Team Meat want Nintendo to include in Smash Bros a character from a game that was originally promised as a Nintendo Wii exclusive, then had its development moved from "exclusive" to "also on Xbox 360 and PC", then got released on Xbox 360 and PC, with the Wii version cancelled? And a game that, so far, hasn't been released on any other Nintendo platform, be that 3DS or Wii U?
Are they serious? The chances of such a character being part ...
As superficial as this answer can sound, the reason why Nintendo released the Wii U on november instead of february is simple: sales. November is a killer date to release a new console, with Black Friday and the shopping frenzy before the Holidays begin.
February, on the other hand, is a terrible month to release new hardware.
It all really comes down to that. Nintendo put a deadline to launch the Wii U at november, so I guess everyone crunched overtime to tr...
Yup, I think Ubisoft said something pretty similar once with Rayman Legends.
The truth of the matter is that, ultimately, no third party publisher will hesitate to put any given game in other platforms if they see a financial benefit from it. These PR talks are just that, "talks".
Wow, so many things wrong with your statements...
1. That cell shaded bs that people call Wind Waker is, according to many, one of the best looking games of all time.
2. They did it with Mario and Donkey Kong, sure. But none of the New Super Mario games, that play so similarly as the old Mario games, have been as well rated as Mario 64, Mario Sunshine, Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 or Mario 3D Land... as in, the games that shake up the formula.
3. A...
Are you telling me that EA's sport games were one of the biggest reasons the Wii did well?
Because, well, that's just, like, complete news for me, man.
Seeing how Nintendo charged full price for the Ocarina of Time remake for 3DS, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they charged full price for the Wind Waker remake for Wii U. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I expect them to do.
And, as the article says, maybe it will raise some eyebrows... but again, if the Ocarina remake is anything to go by, the vast majority of consumers ultimately won't give a shit about the price and still buy it in droves. ...
So, you're downvoting Kotaku despite this being an actually decent article? And you got 113 agrees because of that shit? I guess it's cool to hate on Kotaku just for the sake of it, even when the hate isn't justified? Ride the coold-kids wagon, uh?
Ugh. There's many things wrong in the gaming industry, like bad journalism (something of which not only Kotaku is guilty), but there's also many things wrong with the gaming community. And apparently N4G brings ...
Duly noted, will elaborate on that the next time I post another HIGLHY INTELIGANT CUMMENT.

OMG WII U IS DOOMED NINTENDO IS GOING THE WAY OF SEGA.
Am I doing this right?
Regardless of whatever the author of the title "feels", the Wii U is, by definition, a next-gen console. As seeing how it's already out, it's now just a matter of time until the PS4 and Xbox 3 come out to say we've fully entered the new "current" generation.
So, I already made my decision and purchased a next-gen console this past november. And I will probably end up buying a PS4 sometime in the future. Maybe not at launch, but I think the poss...
Whoah, calm down. I was just correcting a spelling error, and did so in what I thought was a kind way (hence the ^_^).
Nothing more, nothing less. Jesus.
I'm a HUGE Nintendo fan, and I definitely want all these kinds of games as widely available on Nintendo consoles as they are on all the other consoles.
Variety is good. And get out, God of War, Grand Theft Auto and Mass Effect are all awesome, IMO.
:)
"Nintendo can help but their third party license is so f***** expensive"
Care to back that up with some proof? Preferably one that also shows the prices of third party licenses or whatever on other consoles, to make a fair comparison?
@Gamer1982 dude, be serious. The N64 turned a pretty healthy profit for Nintendo. And the Gamecube, despite being in "third place", sold around 21 million units at pure profit since almost day one, whereas Microsoft sold around 24 million original Xboxes at a loss.
Yup, the N64 and Gamecube were Nintendo's least successful consoles, but they weren't in any danger to getting even close to Sega's situation when they launched the Dreamcast. It's not an ...
@torchic didn't the Wii U version of Assassin's Creed came about a week or so after the other versions?
I'm a console gamer, and I loled. Bubble up for funny. ^_^
