I suppose it is a kinda of jealousy, you want to play all the best games but cant necessarily buy all 3 consoles. Its only bad when people get so jealous they get defensive and start slating and insulting a game they wish they could play. But back to Goldeneye....
Maybe now Nintendo have got this out of there system they'll let Rare release their Goldeneye HD game on Xboxlive. It was gonna be so good....

well if you look at any of the article comments on N4G its pretty obvious what the main difference is. Hardcore gamers whine and moan all the time on forums about how much everything they dont like sucks, what they do like is amazing, how everyone else is a fanboy and how casual gaming is the worse things to happen to the home entertain market. Whereas casual gamers dont even look at these forums so remain silent.
I enjoyed the demo but didnt really want to spend £40 quid on it. Its was good but not that good. But after reading this article i thought i would check out a price comparison site (www.find-games.co.uk) and found it at GAME for £23. Turned out i still have some reward points (which i'd forgotten about) so i ended up paying only £15 for it. Which i think is quite reasonable :)
Thats not true, the Press Conference was dominated by Gears 3, Reach and unfortunately Kinect. Yep it maybe crap, but it's still exclusive :)
I have to admit that MS disappointed at E3 this though the article title is wrong. It was full of exclusives like gears3, reach & fable. The problem was that they are games we already know about. Even the Kinect stuff we'd read about the day before. I wanted new announcements, why have that Kinect event on sunday just to repeat it all again on monday? Where were the big shocks like final fantasy last year or the out of nowhere news of left for dead 2?
Why didn't they show this during their conference? XBLA is something worth showing off!

Hell, i'm actually looking at finally getting a PS3 just to play this game.
8 out of 10 used to be a really respectable score, now it apparently has the same worth a 4.
It was the same with MGS4, "8/10?!! BURN THEIR OFFICE TO THE GROUND!!". And don't get me wrong, 360 fanboys are no better.

How come when sites like IGN, Gamespot and Edge gave MGS4 good review scores they are good reviewers that we can trust, but when they praise ODST they must suddenly be on the Microsoft payroll and should have their opinions ignored in favour of a site that most have never heard of before today. What sense does that make people?! I take it we won't trust their Uncharted 2 review scores either right? Techunion is entitled to their opinion but lets show some consistency here!
Considering HHGs previously pro 360 articles, im looking forward to seeing how many fanboys change their opinion of the site now. Certain PS3 fans who have always said HHG didnt know what they were talking about will suddenly say that their word is gospel, and 360 fans who always supported the "pro 360" articles deciding that as of now, HHG have no idea about gaming. Its amazing how reviewers and sites are only credible if they agree with what that fanboys opinion is.

A few people on here have mentioned that the PS3 version is the victim of a lazy port but that cant be right as the PS3 was the lead platform for this.

I cannot wait for this game seeing as how much i enjoyed the the first MUA and the X-men Legends series, but this just seems so much bigger and more detailed (in the graphics department at least). They really seem to be pushing Deadpool in that trailer though for some reason, he is in it loads, which is fine by me :)
Is 8.5/10 bad? I always thought that 85% is really, really good. How can there be so many negative comments on a review that gave it a good score. As for the lack of multiplayer content in the review... maybe, just maybe, its because you cant get a honest opinion of how it runs until its actually released and theres thousands of people online to play against. Some web sites have said they wont review the game until its released so they can fairly judge the multiplayer.
I think the main place were ms shot itself in the foot was by trying to market kinect like a new console rather than just a peripheral. I mean for my 'core games' i still just pick up my pad and blast away, i use the kinect for when i fancy more of a laugh. I dont need hardcore games on kinect, the same way i've never needed or wanted a fps to be compatible with my rock band drum kit. Its a peripheral....but hey thats just my opinion.
