To be honest, if the games are any good I will probably be getting an X1 anyway, my main worry is a repeat of the RROD fiasco.

What's wrong? Sorry but I don't have a huge number of issues with the X1 and some of my fears have now been put to rest. 24hr online check doesn't bother me as my 360 goes online at least once a day already. Will I definitely get an X1? No, not unless the games are worthwhile. Im just saying that I (me, personally, of my own opinion) dont think its as bad as these forums make out.

I'd say more people are "interested" in microsofts e3 conference than sonys. Not because I think people want an X1 over a PS4 but out of a morbid curiosity to see how Microsoft could possibly turn things around after such a criticised reveal. Sony will no doubt show awesome games and highlight the machines new features as expected, but MS have to dazzle people with a load of exclusives (which they dont have a great record of doing) and clarify (or back track on) pretty much ever...
I agree. The wrong question was asked. The X1 doesn't require a permanent connection either, it's the "check in" that has people up in arms and unfortunately this interview doesnt confirm that the PS4 wont do something similar. Fingers crossed both parties clear this matter up for us at E3

So i need my 360 to play my old discs and arcade games & i need a cable box to enjoy the interactive tv features...remind me again how this is an "all-in-one" entertainment system? To be honest I plan to get an Xbox One (dont judge me, I like their few exclusive franchises) but even I am sceptical regarding the 15 promised exclusives. Although i disagree with the idea, i buy a console because i want to play games, the article does raise the point about technological evolution. The most obvious comparison is the mobile phone. Yeah im hoping for a small little box which has an 360 emulator in it which clips into that side USB port and sits comfortably on top of the Xbox One (though only on the non vented half obviously lol)
True, regardless of the games that price is gonna hurt them. Sure they may say that your getting a console and the kinect for your money but as the kinect isn't exactly a top priority for alot of folks I doubt that reason will hold much water. I'll wait a few months for the price to drop...though I am curious as to what is included with the "DAY ONE EDITION"....
