It really could go either way. The most important thing is they do a better job supporting the game post launch. Though having a single player would give it some lasting value, as it wouldn't be useless when they take the servers down.

Japan might not be as bad as some nations, but it does deserve criticism. There are many cases of descrimination, and they're not really that good about dealing with sexual assaults/rape (which is why many cases are unreported). Microsoft makes more money on the Xbox One version. They don't get anything for PC games. It only helps with implementation of Win10 (which is FREE btw). It also doesn't help sell Xbox One systems.
