RIGS seems pretty good, but Robinson:The Journey looks like it has potential. Eve of Valkarie and Battlezone might do it for me too since I dig those kinds of games (especially dog fighting games).
I don't know if I could get behind them being the best, if only because I haven't heard every countries dubbing, but it's always interesting to hear things dubbed in German. A little unrelated, but I really enjoyed the Wolfenstein versions of the 60s songs in the game and the ads. I own 3 of the 4 promo albums with those songs, but sadly I can't play them because I don't have a record player.
