Has Silent Hill finally returned to the good old days? God damn it's been to long.

The new voice actor sounds practically the same.

Got it wrong bro

Mass Effect 3> ME1> ME2

Mass Effect 3 is the combination of the brilliance of both games combine.

It has it's own fair of issues, but the emotional death scenes, and the feeling "of this is actually a war, this is actually IT" was a great powerful feeling in ME3.

Regardless all 3 are excellent games.

Screw Holllywood.

Nothing but remakes, and rehases. Barely any unorinigal ideas in hollywood cinema.

Video games have there own demons, but at least a video game dares to take more original risks than a film does.

If it weren't for the endings, and a few other issues I'd say this would be in the top 3 of Bioware's best work.

Great game, but man that ending, ugh.

Still they deserve the sales, and a solid comeback after the whole DA2 fiasco.

Personally, I care less if it's a fps. A new studio means more potential games that we would have had without that studio.

Also, who knows the first few games might be indeed generic fps, but eventually maybe they would get to become like Visceral in that they can make a horror game, or be like Dice in making a game like Mirrors Edge.

I see it as potential regardless.

No, god no.

Assassin Creed is the only reason why we even get to see interesting time periods like these.

No publisher would risk making an entirely new ip based of a time period like this.

And there's so many other time periods they can still potentially explore (ancient egypt, victorian england, empiral russia, feudal japan, ancient mayans and incas, maybe a wild west assassin? Hell even modern times, or a blade runner futuristic landscap...

Insert this into my veins PLEASE UBISOFT.

God damn, this game is hitting all the right notes for me;

Indian Protag (something you rarely see in games)-CHECK
American Rev. (a period that games have never tackled)-CHECK
Awesome setting (towns, forests, mountains, valleys)-CHECK
Ozing Atmosphere(something straight out of the Patriot)-Check
New Mechanics (ground stealth, cliff climbing, blending with enviorments)-Check

Better than ME2 launch trailer? I think yes.

OMG. the rest of the scans.

This what I call a STEP FORWARD. Finally, this looks insanely hot. Wow, those screens. Those graphics. That setting. God damn.

I'm sorry but how did this even indicate it looks the same?

Revelations, Brotherhood, AC2 all took place in large cities with tall structures.

This is obviously more grounded, with smaller towns.

There's one difference

Secondly, there's weather. Even if it doesn't change, that means that there's various landscapes with various weather climates.

AC has never had this.

The p...

So damn hyped for this.

The past few ac games have gotten stale. This is just the shakeup they needed.

Plus American Revoltion and a Native American protagonist is something games have yet to do! (Except prey 1 which featured a native american protag.)

Treading some new ground. My most hyped game of 2012 by a country fucking mile.

Hmmm...

Halo 4
Fable 4 (Lionhead has a GDC countdown)
Forza 5?
Banjo Kazoo reboot?

What do you mean? The score is excellent, especially since it's Jim Sterling who gave the review score. He's been known for a while a tough scorer who uses the whole scale.

Agreed. Also Bethesda next gen job post could be nothing more than for Wii U game.

Medal of Honor 2010 had a great campaign. It didn't try to hard to be a Micheal Bay movie and stay true to the heros that serve our country. Keep the realistic narrative with more emotion of the soldiers that serve our country. Then I'm sure we'll see another hit.

plus dat frost bite 2 engine. so good. will definitely enchance the expereience even more so

2012 is off to a really good start;

Soul Calibur V
FF XIII-2
Asura's Wrath
Kingdoms of Amalur
Syndicate
Dear Esther
The Last Story
Twisted Metal
Alan Wake PC
Alan Wake
The Darkness 2
Resident Evil: Revelations
Binary Domain

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying these are goty type games, but more akin to what we saw in the old ps2 days. A pelethora of gam...

There review is already out. They said mostly postive things (the story the gameplay). They said they just didn't like it rehased many things from other tps games (like gears and the cover system).

They gave it a 7.5/10. Just google the review.

Lack of degrees and comments is making me a sad panda. The first Amnesia is a game that reinstilled my faith in the horror genre. It proved that horror games weren't simply niche, and there was a viable market for it (as shown by the fact that Frictional games said they made a great profit, and for the first time are stable as a company because of it).

this is also why i've moved away more and more from my 360 and ps3 to the steam. I love the risks that indie devs take ...
