I don't know if there's going to be that many more hardcore action titles across all platforms besides Bayo. When 2 came out there really wasn't many hardcore action titles out and there hasn't be much since.
Is it just me or did it look like she was cut in half?
Persona, SMT, and Xenoblade are the three best RPG series out there right now. SMT and Xenoblade steer more towards hardcore RPG's than Persona does, but all 3 are fantastic.
That tends to happen with this type of game. The thing that rubs some people the wrong way about the Xenoblade games is they aren't entry level rpg's. In order to get into the game and understand it you have to be used to learning complex battle systems and go on a lot of quests, most people aren't into that type of game.
Give him a break, he's most likely never played a Xenoblade game, how would he know if he's talking out of his ass.
How about having reasonable budgets for games and not trying to fuck over your customers with pay to win loot boxes?
With Nintendo expanding into new markets and manufacturing a lot more Switch's, it's most likely to happen.
They are currently also expanding into other markets in Asia like China, Taiwan, and Korea. They will most likely need all the units they could manufacture and it won't hurt to have some consoles ready just in case the rush for Pokemon is huge.
Different reviewers.
Different people have different taste. The first reviewer probably wasn't a fan of Doom and the second obviously likes Doom more than the first one. Doom is no way in hell a 7, it's at least an 8. The PC version is a 9 IMO.
You have that the other way around. The adults will have the Switch(which is most of the Switch audience) and the younger kids will get the cheaper PS4(good deal @ $200).
@NewMonday I think Square Enix has actually come out and said that they are primarily focused on PS4 and Switch production for the future.
Mario always outsells Zelda. Zelda is more of a hardcore franchise and Mario appeals to everyone.
They're also going to do an update where you can now have cross platform lobby's, but I'm not sure when that's coming out.
The Switch still has 5 months left in the first year too. I think it's easily outsell the lifetime numbers of the wiiu by March.
The fanbase of every console maker is tiny compared to casuals. Most of the owners of every console are casuals.
Overall Destiny is not doing as well as the first one. The UK tends to be the market that mostly buys shooters and those yearly type titles.
Also the UK has never been a strong Nintendo market.
They are trying to take advantage of holiday shopping.
Sega still controls the rights to Bayo 1, but Nintendo owns the rights to 2 and 3. Neither of them can be ported without Nintendo's permission.
