@xPhearR3dx: You're right genius, under normal PC architect they aren't the same but the PS3 is not a PC. The Cell chip was designed to be able to use the 256mb of system memory for video when necessary. Only 48mb of it is actually reserved. Sony themselves have explained this very clearly in the past.
The XDR ram runs at 3.2ghz. DDR2 runs at 700mhz. so yes half the PS3's memory is faster.
@_Aarix_: The 360 reserves 32mb of ram to the OS, the PS3 reserves 48mb of its XDR ram to the XMB. It is a bit more but still comparatively small.
@xPhearR3dx: typical uninformed crap, Thats like saying a PC with 2 sticks of 1gb only has 1gb ram. I have a question for you (although it may be too difficult) What is 1+1?... Got it yet?... ill give you a hint, it isn't 1. The 360 has 512mb in a single bank of DDR2 ram @700mhz. The PS3 has 1 bank of 256 DDR2 @700mhz PLUS an additional 256 of high speed XDR ram at 3.2ghz. just as 1+1 does not = 1, 256+256 does NOT = 256.
It just looks better because of the higher resolution and smaller screen. the textures are smoother but the poly count is around the same.
I think this is another case of lost in translation.
The 3DS is only slightly more powerful than the N64 so there is no possible way it could be a remake.

@Series_lla Not professionally no but i have raced at my local track many times. Also even if i hadn't, You don't need to "race" in order to know how a vehicle handles IRL. Clearly you lack the common sense to understand simple physics.
@StraightPath: Dont make me laugh. Forza 4 is a good game but to call it a sim at all let alone the best this gen is laughable. In order to be considered a racing sim, the vehicle handling needs to be realistic, In forza 4 it isnt. The cars have no weight or natural counter motion to them, they float around the track like constant hydro-planing. Throwing a few basic sim elements like vehicle customization and tuning doesn't magically turn an arcade racer into a sim.

IMO WoW is an awful game but everyone has their own opinions. As for Maplestory, over 100m people world wide would disagree with you. It is by a large margin the most popular MMO. For comparison the second highest player count goes to WoW with around 12m, Then Runescape which is currently at around 9m.
Edit: just for the record, I am not an MS fanboy. Its not really my type of game either but its obviously not "awful" given the number of people that enjoy it.

People that do use headsets piss me off. 90% of them are immature 10yo kids that constantly bark profanities and racial slurs at random people cause they think its funny and/or cool.
Sounds like the x-axis polling rate is too low. hopefully they can fix it with a future version.

All i know is i tried closing and restarting firefox several times and every time i clicked the link it immediately froze for about 5 seconds, greyed out then crashed, taking windows aero with it. I have been using firefox for more than 5 years and have never had that problem before, nor have i had it happen since on any other page.
