2 major problems with that assumption.
#1. Theft by definition, implies the taking of something to which the rightful owner would then no longer have possession of. When you download any software, the original owner isn't loosing anything, your system is actually creating its own original copy of the software.

PC gets on average around 200 exclusives each year.
The PS3 had around 140 exclusives in its entire 7 year life. The 360 had around 160 in its 8 years.

You do not get that on proper hifi headphones either. The static is usually caused either by the speakers being too high sensitivity along with pre-amp/source signal leak (HT Speakers) or low SNR (Headphones). It could also be caused by the source material being low quality and the speakers/headphones being highly detailed to the point of revealing the source defects. That shouldn't happen with well made game audio though.
Wireless is a gimick, it reduces sound quality.
For $429, stick with a proper pair of stereo headphones, a mod mic & a desktop DAC with Dolby headphone/HT. Much better sound quality, much better Mic quality.

Buy a PC if you can afford it. Fanatec wheels are much better than Thrustmaster.
The Driving Force GT was only the "Official" wheel of GT5 until v2.0. It was changed to the Thrustmaster T500RS.
PC version supports the Fanatec Clubsport. Sweet.
Haven't been able to try it. Game CTDs at the Cryengine screen every time. Tried the spam esc fix listed on the games site but hitting esc also causes an immediate CTD.
Last gen, with the exception of some higher end games like Crysis and Metro, the average was 512x512. Mods can make it alot higher though. I currently have Skyrim running almost entirely in 4096x4096.
Well he said "Every single" so the point remains. There are other games as well but i cannot remember the names. Also Two Worlds was a decently fun game, most people just didn't give it a chance because of the unusual character animations and horrible voice acting.
Not every game has a level cap. Two Worlds doesn't, neither does Tibia. There are other games also but i cannot remember the names atm.
Come to think of it, Skyrim no longer has a level cap since the Legendary update.
He seems to be using the shipped numbers for the 360 and sold through for PS3. He is also ignoring almost a full year of sales for the PS3 while counting them for the 360. The actual numbers atm are just under 84m for the PS3 and 81m for the 360.
No, it didn't. The Genesis released about 2 years before the SNES but both were part of the 4th console gen and they were both 16bit systems. Also all of Segas advertising was targeted against the SNES.

Stick with normal stereo headphones from a recognized audio company like Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, Shure, Grado, Audio-Technica, etc. and add a mod mic.
