It isn't too difficult. Just get some 400+ grit sandpaper, a pair of latex gloves, a can of Dupli-Color adhesion promoter, a can of Krylon fusion plastic paint in whatever color you want, and a can of Krylon Fusion clear coat.

Less idiotic than you it would seem. It has been proven over and over that Sony does not pay for exclusivity. They themselfs have said multiple times that they have never payed for an exclusive, and never would. There are more ways for a company to make money besides direct handouts. This is also most likely only a timed exclusive.

The main difference is Sony doesn't actually "pay" for exclusivity like MS does. They get 3rd party exclusives by creating developer relations. Providing the tools nessessary to make a game the best it can be, by being exclusive and/or providing physical assistance in the development process. If SFV is PS4/PC exclusive, it is for a reason other than money.

Add Linux, Steam OS or a copy of Windows that you already have. If you want Windows and do not already have a spare copy, you can get an OEM copy of 8.1 for around $35 online. 95% of people already have a keyboard and mouse. Not everyone has a gaming grade pc but almost everyone has atleast a basic system and the keyboard and mouse are interchangable. Most people already have either dedicated PC speakers or at the very least a monitor with built in speakers.

Software backups are also legally protected. As long as it is a backup of my own copy and not a download, i have the right to play it on an emulator. This has been ruled in both the US and Canadian supreme courts multiple times.
Halo 3 was crap compared to the first two. GTA IV i personally like but it doesn't really have the "classic" vibe to me, also alot of other people didn't like it. (GTAV i can see becoming a classic in 10-12 years) MW2 is CoD so no. MGS4 for sure. HL2 is already a classic and orange box is just a repackaging of it so it isn't really the type of thing that would ever be considered such.
