Lara Croft is a total badass who has been trained in both hand to hand combat and guns since like 4 years old. She is basically a female version of Agent 47.

Work on RPCS3 has really started to pick up recently. We should see games become playable within 2-3 years. That is not to say we will see them all running at 1080p/60 that soon, but they should be playable.
The hardware listed is about 5 years old and mid range even back then. Also the emulator is still quite early in development. It will eventually run alot better.
After level 60 you start gaining paragon levels instead of normal levels. Paragon levels still give the normal stat gains but also provide 3% MF/GF per level. According to the official battle.net page for Diablo 3, paragon levels only go to 100 though.

When the PS5/XBTwo/WiiWiiU releases. Technically "Next Gen" starts as soon as any new console launches. This gen started when the WiiU launched, and is now current gen.
Highly praised and classic are not the same. Sleeping Dogs is too new to be a classic. For a game to be considered a classic, it has to be atleast 2 gens old.

I do not know about Forza 5 as i have yet to play it. If they finally got the handling right then good for them. Forza 1-4 all had shat handling.
A ToS isn't a key to the world. I could write a ToS saying, "look at me the wrong way and i can kill you" that doesn't make it legal. A ToS is simply a companies way of notifying users of their existing rights, not imparting new ones. The law still applies. If the court determines that Sony did commit false advertising, their ToS won't mean anything.
Forza doesn't have good handling. The cars have no feeling of weight, it is like driving on ice. PCars handling is already miles better than Forza.
