FromSoftware is impossible, they already belong to someone else.
Unlike what people believe, the core gameplay wasn't balanced to make people buy microtransactions. In fact, 100,000 orbs is nothing, you can literally get that in 1 minute via farming. You need about 12-13 millions orbs to get everything and you can farm that in 2-3 hours. The game is pretty generous with orbs.
100k might be a lot at the beginning of the game, but for endgame, it's a ridiculously small amount.
Yeah, nice try SE, the extra content is far too small for me to pay for the game again.
It's not just a giant hill to climb ... it's a giant hill to climb while pushing a giant boulder up that keeps rolling over you, crushing you and then putting you back at the start line.
Also, power won't matter. It really did at the start of this generation because the PS4 was actually $100 cheaper and more powerful, which is what is laughable. I am pretty sure what helped the PS4 more wasn't the extra power (it did help), but the price helped a lot more. W...

It's really only 2 guys that were lucky. Everyone else on reddit said they were denied.
They need games, which they won't have. Even if the PS5 doesn't have exclusives at launch, it's still gonna sell a lot because people know those exclusives are coming. Microsoft bought a lot of studios, but nothing good enough to compete with what Sony has.
Plus, Microsoft is giving less people a reason to buy a Xbox now because every games on Xbox can be played elsewhere and I mean literally every single one of their games except like 1-2 exclusives that releas...
It likely wouldn't if they used SD cards or micro SD cards for storage, but knowing Sony, they would try with overpriced proprietary memory cards again and it was the main reason the vita failed.
Doesn't matter if the sales are good or not, it has no impact whatsoever on when the next gen rolls out. If it did, we would have been stuck with the PS2 for a little while longer before they released the PS3.
Seems more like a placeholder than anything else since there was no official announcement yet.
With their exclusives all releasing on PC, there is almost no reason to buy the console because every games on it can be played elsewhere. This move makes it even less necessary to buy one.
Wrong, I know a lot of people that pirate games, but they buy them if they like them after trying them or they delete them if they hate them. You can basically do that with Steam and their 2 hours playtime and 14 days or less purchased refund policy, the only difference here is you don't have any money transaction involved.
I personally just buy my games on PC during steam sales (or where there is other huge deals on PC digital games).
They lost the momentum they built with the 360 long before 2013. The second half of the 360 lifespan's is pretty bad too.
Unless they add a sunstantial amount of content, it's not worth $60 for me. The original was pretty short and if all this offers is better graphics, it's not worth it. I would have prefered getting Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons instead, those games were much better in my opinion.
The game has been released more than 2 years ago already. I am pretty sure it's not gonna happen because if it was gonna happen, it would have happened already.

If they're on the same level as this, Xbox is in huge trouble.
It's not a DLC, it's a sequel.
There is zero confirmation that Xbox will have more power. Phil Spencer can talk all he wants, but he has no way of knowing what the competition is doing, so the PS5 could easily be the most powerful console.
If they both release at the same time, my money is on Sony, they're better at hardware than Microsoft.
40 people is too insignificant even for the smallest states. If you took every gamers into account, Playstation and Nintendo would likely dominate almost all the states with Microsoft having less than 10 states.
