No offense to the author, but as a person that aspires to be a visor game journalist/critic and as a person that is very critical of even my own writing, but this person needs a bit of work. It's not very informative or in depth and the wording for the most part is awkward. The author might need to practice a bit more and get down the semantics of writing a proper review.
"The game play is very good and my experience was that moving around and interacting with objec...
My point is that we don't need a magazine about the gay lifestyle reviewing a game acting as if the gay community is some separate species from everyone else. Equality will not exist until we stop making such big deals out of homosexuals. Great, you're homosexual? Work for a regular website or magazine and you can still be gay and do the exact same reviews you would have done otherwise, but this time it won't be under the guise of "I'm gay and I want people to support me,...
Trix are for kids!
In response to the "update", the problem isn't that the gamer in question is gay. The problem is that somehow gays are treated as some separate entity from straight people by having their own outlet to do their own reviews. That's a ridiculous notion. We're all just human beings. It's simply a means to attract attention if you ask me.
It's laziness because you don't have to think up a new scenario or write up dialogue that would fit with the series. That removes a lot of the work load of producing/making a short film. So yes, it is laziness
I only saw a little bit, but using word for word dialogue from the first game instead of creating your own vision of that universe is lazy for a fan film in my opinion. The best fan films take an established franchise and characters and tell their own story that fits within the confines of the universe and the characters' personalities.
I don't play PC games generally for my own reasons, but you sir, need to sit down and eat feces.
He's an alien
Why should I give a crap about what system some white rapper bought because he's bored of some game? This is stupid. This isn't news.
What a poorly put together list. It merely lists 5 of the most recent "horror" games without paying much mind to how well they'd fit into a "top 5" list. It's like the author only learned about horror games this year.
And The Walking Dead isn't even horror.
To the person disagreeing, It's the truth. That explains why about 2 years into the ps3's life cycle, the ps3 started selling at a faster rate than the Xbox 360 and come by the end of the generation, sales for both consoles were roughly equal worldwide in spite of the year long head start the Xbox 360 had. Had the sales patterns continued and both consoles last gen released within a week of each other like this gen, though we wouldn't see quite the sales gap we saw now between the...
The 360 came out just a few days shy of a full year before the ps3 and Gears of War launched 10 days before the ps3, so the year early head start is what caused the 360's early lead in sales obviously.
Platform parity visuals with terrible frame skipping in cutscenes and some frame rate issues in gameplay too is what you call "good work". What incredibly low standards you have
What the heck are you on? I streamed Alien: Isolation, a fairly linear single player game, and people enjoyed watching it.
Someone should tell him copy/paste open world games are really going to suffer in the modern market place
The problem isn't the reviews themselves and the act of being critical. The problem is inflated review scores and how people interpret them. I've seen people say ridiculous crap on video game reviews like "I don't buy any game that gets lower than a 9. I don't want to waste my money"
That's an absurdly high expectation and will ruin you in the long ruin. People fail to understand that a 7 is good and even a mediocre review score of 6 is still worth it to ...
Miranda Lawson with that perfect butt and nice boobs is most definitely what I call sex appeal
Infamous Second Son was disappointing. It's good, but not the best infamous game and definitely the shortest one
The Prince of Persia Trilogy on PS3 had some issues, so I'm not not sure a Vita version would be a very reliable way to play. Granted, I did play a lot of the second and third back when they were ported to psp and I loved them despite their technical shortcomings, so maybe I'd like this even more.
Ummm.....I don't know if you've never played a video game online in your life, but that's not true.
