Ha. With the vita's frame rate as it is now, letting ps3 players join would make the damn handheld self destruct.
The frame rate is so bad. It's not quite unplayable, but it's unpleasant and after coming off the huge worlds of the ps4 version, the tiny world size(only one map) in addition to the horrible frame rate just makes it even worse. The draw distance sucks too.
No matter how good it is, it is not changing the genre. It may have some neat ideas, but it doesn't do anything particularly new and certainly nothing revolutionary that would change the standards by which all other first person games are judged. It's just the usual b.s. PR speak.
Say what you will, but I am actually interested in it for its graphic nature. It's refreshing. I'm not an overly sensitive person, therefore I understand it's just a video game and have no attachment to any morally corrupt acts that are committed in a goddamn VIDEOGAME

And to add even more insult to injury, the game is running on IdTech5 which is engine that's supposed to optimized for 60fps on consoles and yet they can't even do that. Rage on last gen did a pretty good job of meeting its 60fps target. It could dip, but never went lower than I believe the mid 40's

I currently have 30. Some have been incredibly easy. Some have been a decent and fun challenge. And still others have been a pain in the butt.
You talk about how the last of us remastered doesn't count because it's a last gen game, but it's still available for both, isn't it? What makes Bayonetta 2 any more of a current gen game than The Last of us remastered? Just because it was released only for the WiiU? But if Sony and Microsoft hasn't turned platinum down for the sequel, then Bayonetta 2 would have instead appeared on the PS3 and 360 or possibly the PS4 and Xbox One and been even more "current gen"...

Of the games on that list, I played Bioshock Infinite, Spec Ops: The Line, and Heavy Rain multiple times and I enjoyed each and every playthrough.
It doesn't take a goddamn genius to figure that out. It's a given considering how many ps4/Xbox one units are out there. I swear, this guy is useless.

People that talk crap about indie games just becuse they're indie are just narrow minded people that can't open themselves up to all kinds of gaming experiences.
The UFC game ran at 900p on both consoles, did it not? Regardless of resolution, that is easily a last gen looking game and it is a disgrace that such a game was released as a current gen exclusive. You'd think it was a cross-gen title that had no effort put into making use of the new consoles.
