There WAS a downgrade. Yes, it still looks damn good, but that doesn't mean the initial showing of it wasn't a blatant lie. That supposed reveal trailer with the HUD elements--that was not the game and the game does not look that good
Wasn't the ps4 version uncapped 60 with the Xbox one version rumored to be 30fps?
I never played it on vita, so I need to get that before the ps4 iteration to get a better sense of what exactly is new and what is the same
It's better than no job????
I wonder how the PS4 port will stack up.
The graphics is a bit ummm...aside from huge studios like Square Enix, JRPG's have limited budgets and small teams, resulting in very dated looking games. I love JRPG's a lot, but they almost always look awful in comparison to western rpg's, which usually are more on the cutting edge side of tech.
To me, all that really defines a JRPG in comparison to a western RPG is the more quirky,
Japanese style humor(if it has any, which it probably will). The other big differentiating factor is in the structure. The majority of the length from western RPG's comes from side quests. WRPG's tend to be anywhere from 8-25 hours without any sidequests where as Japanese RPG's are all about the main content. Yes they can have a huge amount of side content, but the main story in and of...
Are you excusing this BS practice? I hope people like you never work in the gaming industry and continue to make this an even bigger issue.
I applied to GameStop weeks ago and they told me they weren't hiring until seasonal. Hopefully I can go back to them in the following week and ask them if they've had a chance to look through applications yet.

This game looks so last gen just like UFC
Umm...nearly all games ran at 720p. They made claims that last gen was going to be 1080p and very few games were capable of native 1080p resolution, but practically every game was 720p with some of the more graphically intensive games like Crysis 2 running at sub HD frame buffers. I imagine next gen we'll get to the point where 1080p is the standard and every single game no matter how demanding it is can do at least 1080p, but there will be titles here and there that can run at higher res...
Resolution isn't ALWAYS the difference. There could be different implementations of lighting. One could use certain graphical effects/features that the other one doesn't use and vice versa. One could have better textures. One could have longer draw distances. One could be pushing more polygons on characters and environments. Resultion isn't always the ONLY difference.
@DLC
olliolli was a psn only title for vita, then ported to PC, PS3, and PS4 later. I'm sure there are others too. Don't make bold statements, sir.
No Man's Sky is coming to PS4 first
I personally think she's goddamn disgusting
Looks unremarkable
Aren't the Walking Dead season 1&2 getting retail releases on the 14th for ps4 and Xbox one...this doesn't have them listed
Edit: never mind. They had them listed at the bottom as "also coming in October" for whatever reason.
It notifies you when friends join or create parties...not when they get online...
A friend isn't always going to be in a party when they're online. I spend hours at a time online without joining. A party and someone that wants to talk to me wouldn't know I was online that whole time because they didn't think to check their friends list because why would you do that just to see if someone is online while you're paying a game? Why can't it just notify yo...
I meant it doesn't look as good as what was passed off as the Deep Down Reveal....I'm not saying it doesn't look that good in general.
