Remasters don't take as much time as you think. The Last of Us Remaster took only 9 weeks if I remember correctly and was worked on by a handful of people or so. that's not what they're supposed to be. They're supposed to be interactive movies. The problem for Quantic Dream with Heavy Rain was inconsistent voice acting. That's a legitimate issue. The inability to play as much as you want like a normal game is not an issue and they will not change that. They don't make traditional video games and I don't want them to.

Any well-made horror game can surpass any horror movie. There is no fear in passively watching what happens to others in a movie. Thre is fear in YOU yourself being put in these situations and the possibility of being harmed creates much more urgency, stress, and genuine horror than a movie. DOA 5 Last Round has bugs, but it's not broken. After clearing arcade, sometimes it will not let you press next to continue through the menhs. You will have to quit the game. The other issue it has is 4 player online tag team matches are virtually unplayable. I only played the original release of Dead or Alive 5 way back in September 2012 and this Last Round has had me hooked. I'd give it easily an 8. It just came our Tuesday and I have already spent 80 hours playing it.
