I feel the same way. The least scary "horror" game I've played. It's just an action packed shooter that's darker than other shooters??? That's about it
You ️️completely dismissed all the legitimate reasons I gave and boiled it down to something that had nothig to do with what I said. There's a difference between being similar and better and just carbon copying your predeccesors. Uncharted 3 had some fantastic set pieces. I think the cargo plane is the best of the entire franchise, but that caravan chase was just one example of how it tried so hard to copy 2 instead of being its own game.
What? Uncharted 2 came out after 1 and made many improvements. Better writing, better cover system, better puzzles, introduced set pieces for the first time in the franchise and included pretty good multiplayer at the time(which got ruined with updates).
God of War 2 and Uncharted 2 and even Gears of War 3 are examples of games that obviously are similar to previous entires but refine the games and add enough new to make them better than their predecessors. Uncharted 3 was a...
There's plenty of legit reasons Uncharted 3 isn't as good as 2
I can name plenty. It wasn't as polished. It wasn't quite a buggy game, but it had tiny little things here and there that messed with the super polished experience Uncharted 2 was and that's because Sony rushed Naughty Dog to release it by holiday 2012, which is a good thing uncharted 4 got delayed. We won't have the same kind of deal happen.
It has good writing and some really great moments. The story tried to be more personal and darker than 2, but it ultima...
Was such a good game with exciting shootouts. It wasn't scary in the slightest, but damn was it a great shooter
This is a japanese only game. Japan prefers mobile/handheld by and large compared to the west because they have busier lifestyles and are generally always out and about. Handhelds are perfect for them on the whole. Porting it to ps4 is not going to make any busy japanese gamers feel cheated as they probably wouldn't have the time to play an RPG only at home.
No this is just what you call an adventure game. Games of this style; Exploring and just solving puzzles were what adventure games originated as on PC and became especially popular in the 90's. Every game doesn't need combat or super "gamey" elements to be considered a game. It's just as much a game as any other.
I hope this gets a western release
But this game is PS4 and Vita only...
Every character got a costume? I wasn't expecting that
@neckbeard
I'm 20 years old and grew up on all the tony hawk's pro skater games. I played all 4 original games extensively and they were a huge part of my childhood. However, with that said, I think THUG 2 was the best. It was still Tony Hawk's Pro Skater in the way it played. All they did was add a stupid, childish, and funny story mode with ️completely insane and ridiculous missions like launching off bull poop or summoning the dead from New Orleans which added ...
They didn't need it, but regardless I thought Bioshock 2's multiplayer was a fun distraction. Nothing to get too involved in and play all the time, but if you want to have mindless fun and not think too much, it was good for that. I spent a good amount of time on that multiplayer.
I really wanted to like SMT 4. I loved the story and setting. It was very refreshing and the gameplay is great and all. It's got a lot of great mechanics and ideas, but I've never played an RPG in my life that requires as much grinding as SMT 4. The leveling is SO slow.
Ummm....the grind for better loot is exactly what Diablo is about
There are other issues with it...like the fact that wall riding is automatic when you jump near a wall instead of pressing the grind button after doing an Ollie. Any time you load up a map to play missions, it puts you into the map with random players and there's nothing you can do with them. Once you pick a mission and start it, it takes time to disconnect and load a version of the map without players and then reconnects when you're done. They made HUGE talk about how multiplayer cen...
You're wrong in so many ways and don't even understand the fundamental issues with ph pro skater 5 that people have.
The day disc based gaming ️completely disappears is the day I stop playing new game consoles and pc for that matter since pc is largely digital and I'll focus on playing older games that I missed out on. That'll be enough to ride me over until I die.
Yes
Edit: how do I get a disagree for a fact? They were using the in-game engine, but they weren't in-game. In engine and in game are completely different. They are definitely pre-rendered because they're video files and the assets were of a higher quality than the PS3 original's gameplay soooo that sounds pre-rendered to me
I have it on ps4 and I've not seen anyone mention this except one review months ago of the PS3 japanese version, but this game has noticeable input latency. It takes almost a full second for an action in battle to occur after you press the button to attack. Not a single Tales game to this day has felt this unresponsive. I know I can't be imagining this.
