But it won't have the same ease of use and accuracy with buttons???
But Gravity Rush made decent use of the vita's touch screen for stuff like locking onto the weak points of enemies or tapping where to gravitate to. Without a touch screen, I guarantee, that will make combat and traversal less intuitive.
I see no reason a hardcore gamer can't play casual. Games. If you play more niche or hardcore games and casual games, then good for you. So do I. If you ONLY play casual games, though, that's where the problem lies. I couldn't play only casual games. It's too limiting, but I enjoy playing them in addition to everything else.
A Japanese singer amazed by last gen visuals. What news!!!!!
Am I really the only one not impressed by this? I think the best dynamic theme ever was on PS3. The Sega genesis dynamic theme that had an old school room with posters and a window open and a CRT TV with one of a few genesis games playing on the tv and it had the cartridge on the genesis and everything. NOW THAT was beautiful. This doesn't really entice me at all. I don't get what's so appealing about it at all.
"Can't do 1080p60"
Except that MGS 5 IS 1080p 60 on PS4 sooo
You realize one of the stretch goals for pre-orders is a mission. Why does that have to only be unlocked once enough people pre-order the game? It makes no sense. It's already complete and the game has not gone gold. It won't release for months so why can't it just have that mission in there for everyone? Oh yeah. It's because pre-order bonuses like that are stupid. Pre-orders should just stick to useless cosmetics and not game content that is already completed, but is being w...
Or all that stuff that's a pre-order bonus should just already exist within the game 😘
It does NOT look like a current gen game. Maybe the cinematics do, but the in game visuals certainly do not
Darn me and my misreading
Just for that comment by this guy, I will get gears ultimate and gears 4 USED when I get an Xbox One. I don't need to be contributing anything to a company with this man in charge with such a backwards way of thinking
Reviewer complains that the game doesn't tell you which bosses are weak to what so you have to guess or search online....each game has a database showing each boss's weakness and even allows you to jump straight into the boss fight from that menu with all powers unlocked to practice on the boss all you want. I'm hoping I end up being able to follow through with my goal of being s videp game journalist because so many of these reviewers nowadays are so uninformed about the game the...
When did Shenmue get released on XBLA ever? There were rumors of both games getting remasters back in 2012, but to my knowledge, they never got released so the reason this XBLA version you're talking about had no difference is because it was just a straight port with zero visual enhancements still running at a native 480 resolution and not an HD remaster.
Amazing? The graphics are awful.
Crackdown 3 is not. It's a technical
Benchmark because of its use of destruction and physics, but the animations and the quality of the visuals themselves Is actually really poor.
The other 2 are most definitely impressive though
No one is fine with framerate drops. What you're bringing up is not the same thing. Those 2 games you mentioned are new games that push the hardware and very very impressive looking games. Some of the best we've seen on consoles. Now, although that does not forgive framerate drops, it is less of an issue because these games are pushing visuals as far as they can go right now. Gears of War Ultimate is remastered, but still does not stand up to current gen standards, so a game that stil...
Standards change
A 7 on any scale is a GOOD score
I never played the games in their heyday because I wasn't born when the original 6 released and only ever played the PSP remake of the first game, but this collection is absolutely beautiful.
Bad 90's CG? It's just 3D. Maybe not cutting edge 3D visuals. It looks like ps2 era 3D. I don't know how you got bad 90's CG
