Right, because no PS4 customer is going to say anything when there might be a chance to save $10. It's just Xbots, is that it?
Anyways what is the point to have preordered this game for $59.99 when it doesn't even feature the ability to preload the game? If people paid in advanced then that's their problem but if no money has exchanged how could they possibly be legally obliged to still have to pay? Just cancel the order.
Not the greatest line-up but we'll see what happens. I'm hoping ID@XBOX will help the smaller studios over there and perhaps build new relations with MS. The bigger titles like Phantom Dust are quite a ways off but season 2 of Killer Instinct is coming. Forza Horizon 2, Dead Rising 3 and Forza 5 might do OK and they need to promote Project Spark.
This could be wild! Morpheus and this game might be a match in heaven.
NewMonday,
"the worth of launch games is determined by those who bought them, it's their own responsibility"
What relevance is that to anything I said? He called them out for having a less than stellar launch (along with the X1) and asked if it would have been better if both waited another year. The hardware was missing key features and many games were delayed. Then he put pressure on Sony for under-delivering for new IP's which we all know Sony will...
They just admitted the role of Vita has taken,
"JR: Are you going to see huge, mega budget PS Vita games that we have developed and we publish? I think that’s unlikely. That said, does Vita play an increasingly important role in our overall ecosystem… the old vertical silos where nothing ever talked to each other, that’s all breaking down now.
Whether it’s PlayStation Now, whether it’s Remote Play… where the statistics are really surprising in terms of t...
I love the start of the interview, he's not holding back at all. He's basically calling them out and the irony is he's using their own language against them. Many say they are fine with delays for games as long as they get better. Now he's back-peddling about the launch and the system not being as ready as it could have (which he also points out the same thing occurred with the X1).

If MS help fund this game that's fine. Something along the lines of what Nintendo did with Bayonetta 2. However if they are just attempting to try and get games first on X1 they will fail in their attempts to moneyhat games to the Japanese gamer. They need to embrace the Japanese developers, not just throw money at them and create timed exclusive deals.
It's actually a good bundle. They even throw in a free game and it isn't just some filler.
E3 really changed this year with Nintendo having a great recorded presentation that many seem to think was a great thing they did. Microsoft just served up a bunch of trailers and didn't talk very much. This is why Sony's E3 all of the sudden felt a little awkward because they were the ones who had bad pacing even though they actually showed the most games.
If you read between the lines they want everyone to stay connected online. That's why they emphasize services. Games like The Division I think will require it, same with The Crew. Others like the new Rainbow Six is heavily based on online play as well.
I game like Destiny is also going this route too (I know it's not a Ubisoft title).
"That is why it is a waste of time in my opinion."
It seems like the system regardless of where it launches is a waste of time to you. You seem to be less supportive of it than the Japanese.
"Microsoft would be so much better served turning the gaze towards developers who traditionally see a more balanced, equal reception than developers whose games won't sell in their own homeland any more than they will outside of it on an Xbox console.&q...
It's important because Japan still plays a large role in game production. Many of which actually do quite well outside of Japan. So regardless of the impact the X1 does in Japan, securing key franchises like Final Fantasy will also appease to gamers in the West. ID@XBox also opens the door to indie developers who can use the system as a development kit, meaning the cost to create games is very minimal.
I see nothing wrong with having another option for Japanese gamers alt...
That's a ridiculous price for Saints Row: The Third. The same price is also for Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Those 4 hour prices should be for 24 hours, not 4 hours. The 7 day and 30 day prices aren't bad but the 90 day and 4 hour prices are really poorly thought out.
I've bought games on Amazon as well for cheap.
Transistor just came out on both the PS4 and PC, it is currently 10% off on the PC. That's just one example.
They do but never on this scale. It's also worth noting you don't need a membership to take advantage of these great sales. What you will also notice is how newer games tend to be cheaper on the PC as well, not just the older games that usually make up the bulk of sales on the consoles.
They sold less than 200,000 last month in the U.S.A. and Japan isn't doing too hot. Rumors have it they are producing about 1 million systems per month so it seems like Sony is still struggling to manage supply accordingly. Or they are trying to create the image demand is higher than it actually is (which I doubt but it's still something that has to be questioned).
Why did you turn this into the X1 is the best topic? This is about Far Cry 4 apparently not taking full advantage of the stronger hardware the PC provides compared to the new systems. The PC by all accounts should be the lead platform and each other system should be tailored to it's capabilities. Meaning the PS4 should still be running a bit better than it would on the X1 due to the very nature of the components inside each hardware.
As for which has the best exclusives ...
Dragonknight:
"My comments were directed to those people saying the gap will be bridged, not about removing Kinect being a benefit to Xbox One. YOU'RE the one trying to move the argument to an arena in which you can perform a character assassination"
They go hand in hand. The removal of Kinect allows them an increase in performance to the GPU. That does not mean it will all of the sudden make the system more powerful or even just as powerful as the PS4. ...
