I have been seeing a slew of Sony adverts lately so it seems that their December ad blitz is working. Everything from monday night football to cable channels and during a lot of the big primetime shows on the major networks. Let's hope Sony sees the positive reaction from these adverts and continues marketing their software and consoles accordingly.
This is one of the most absurd things I have read in a long time. Especially when Sci-Fi games are cited in the article. Sure something based somewhat on reality may be a bit disturbing but most of the games on this list are just plain funny.

Well if you look through N4G all the charts are showing excellent software sales on PS3/PS2/PSP in Europe. There is still one week left before Christmas as well so this weekend with the last minute gifts should pick up sales even more.

The chances of third party exclusives or for that matter third parties bringing their best to Wii is slim to none and none just died. The Wii has the most pathetic track record for third party title purchases and on top of that lacks the horsepower to do anything substantial. Could you imagine MGS 4, Gears 2, GT5, Fable II, Fallout 3, GTA IV, etc.. on a Wii? The games would be absolutely pathetic and fall short of even most peoples worst expectations.

Again. This has got to be one of the biggest FUD campaigns since the Windows vs. Linux FUD campaign years ago. This is really getting more and more ridiculous by the day.
it when I see it. As it stands now if Blizzard were to work on a game for a console it would be released for the XBox 1440 and the PS5 at their current pace. The last Blizzcon they showed Diablo III and answred questions, etc... Only to find out about a week or two ago that they are still fleshing out all the classes and haven't even finished Act I. I wouldn't hold my breath, that's for sure.
I guess? I see no real difference from File Planet, Steam, etc... and a good gaming PC with an internet connection. Buy game online, download, install and play. Sure an easier all in one place to go buy them but the premise is no different.

All these people moaning about graphics on a 10 second SD trailer from what is likely an early build of the game. I find it amazing that people are giving it this kind of response, well not really, but still. This was on the same show that gave GTA IV GoTY and you're gonna groan about this teaser trailer. Amazing.. just amazing. I will just back knowing that when the game is released it will look absolutely stunning and be uttering "I told you so" to everyone who says "WOW!...
There is any truth to a new MS system in the works and tech demos at E3 2009, MS fails. I couldn't even imagine how disenfranchised and alienated people would feel if they did that.

That's getting the snot kicked out of you. The XBox 360 has at best a 6-7 million console gap. I would call that a one year head start not "getting the snot kicked out of you".
Just plain rocks. 4 hours last night and still plenty to do and look at. Hell I haven't even went into the last room in the Uncharted area or any of the FarCry2 area yet. I still need to do some decorating and get me a summer home as well. This is just the beginning and the future of Home looks bright.

SE is talking out their collective asses when they say they are using the PS3 to its' fullest extent with FFXIII and Versus. One look at either title shows that while pretty it offers nothing compared to the likes of MGS4, GT5:P or KZ2 in complexity and physics. Especially because it is a turn based JRPG. There is nothing being calculated in real time when it comes to battles, environment, etc... It is all a choreographed dance with pretty pictures. So please before you even intimate that...
