Call me crazy, but I still don't get the appeal of these games. They look cool, and I've had some fun with them, but overall, I don't feel much need to come back to them.
I really wanted to play this one on the Wii U, but never got around to it. Too much else going on. Now with Fire Emblem Fates eating up all my 3DS time, I'm not sure I'll get in on this one either.... :(
For the most part, I really agree with this. The only DLC I've ever cared about has been story based content. As we've seen with Star Wars Battlefront, which has a Season Pass nearly the same price as the game, people just aren't as invested with certain titles. Maps and characters aren't much of an incentive (at least to me), and is basically encouraging you to spend a bunch of money up front, only to have a "Game of the Year" version (with ALL dlc) come out chea...
So funny to think back then stealing the Death Star plans was as simple as mission one in a game!
I have quite a few friends playing it, but with 3 kiddos in grade school, my schedule for playtime is drastically different than theirs, so meeting up almost never works out.
I've tried a few times. While I DO enjoy challenges and what not, I prefer a game challenge that makes me sit back and think (like Fire Emblem or XCOM), rather than die, die, die, die, and maybe figure it out.
I love the idea of these games, but this is a series I'm perfectly content in watching others play. I like to ENJOY my time in gaming, it's my stress relief. I don't want to be stressed out WHILE playing.
I still can't really get into this game. I've gone through several of the missions, and had SOME fun, but the bottomline is I'd still rather play something else.
I'm not sure why, but something about it doesn't jive with me.
I'm liking it so far, but having a much tougher time getting into it than some.
I'm not big into fighting games, but I couldn't put this one down. Plenty of things to do and unlock.
So many freaking games that could have been. Getting to be a bummer hearing about all the things Star Wars fans could have had.
I get my ass handed to me by wolves in Metal Gear Solid...Not sure I'm up to the task of taming Sabertooth tigers!
Some part of it is still canon. The Commandos made an appearance in the Clone Wars cartoon show.
Man...I would have LOVED a survival/horror game set in Star Wars. So many cool sounding games that never happened.
The influx of solid and fun puzzle games is almost too much for me right now. Good times we're living in.
Yeah, way worth it. It's a shorter campaign but does it's aged well.
God I would have loved to play that sequel.
I can't wait to hear about the next Pokemon game. Hopefully they'll announce it (or something) this month.
Oooo, yeah. That's gonna be a good one too.
To be honest, I've never gotten into Mods all that much for games, but I do love me some Star Wars!
