Exactly. Not to mention the amount of money they've spent over the years to keep games off of Steam.
Long overdue.
@Shiore2u
"No commute. I don't need to wake up an hour in advance. No traffic making me late. No traffic coming back taking up my free time. Save on gas. Which in a recession is a godsend. I can focus on what needs to get done for the day without being pestered by others for unrelated work things because my domicile isn't a rotating door. Meetings are cut and dry. I save on time cooking lunches for myself in the kitchen. No need to overpay at an overpriced rest...
^^This is severely in need of a remaster/remake.
@sadraiden
My thoughts exactly.
@Magog
Yes, I got that deal last weekend, too.
Oddly, I experienced few to no issues at the game's launch, but have had nothing but issues since the patch 4 update.
Even not being an owner of a current Nintendo console, I for one would love to see this. Preferably a remake, though.
I was getting a 2005 E3 Killzone 2 trailer vibe watching that trailer.
I agree, Revenge of the Sith could definitely use the remake treatment. Surprised to see no mention of Shadows of the Empire.
Tough announcement. I've put in many hours in BF1943. Though I'm a SP gamer, it was one of the very few MP games I was genuinely interested in playing.
@Jin
I'm having the same experience as Bathyj. Prior to getting PSVR2 at launch along with GT7, the only GT I've ever owned was GT5 (well, that and GT Concept HD if you consider that a 'real' release), and I played it sparingly. I've found it hard to push myself away from GT7 VR the past two weeks. Even so to the point I'm considering getting a full G923 setup (racing frame, stick shift and all). I'm not one to gush and harp over products much, but GT7 VR ...
@Crimson
I've tried RE8 (at least the VR demo), and it is phenomenal. But Horizon and GT7 are on a whole other level. I've honestly only owned GT5 prior, but I wholeheartedly agree with the article. The immersion in GT7 VR is insane. Even in VR spectator mode it's a treat to behold.
Same here. Keeping my fingers crossed, though.
The visuals in Horizon is bananas! GT7 VR, too.
Just got my second shipping confirmation email as well.
I haven't owned a Nintendo console since the GameCube, but if they were to do a quality remaster of Eternal Darkness, I'd get a Switch in a heartbeat...even if only for that game.
I was holding out this year until a potential future PC release, but this may cause me to get this on PS5 now.
Same here. The icing on the cake for me would be if they opened official pc support.
I'll be glad when more developers start implementing the option of having PS icons in the controller settings.
