I believe I can bring some logic to what Killzone needs to be up there with Halo/COD4. As much as I played the first one (given it was mainly online) and the one for PSP (why does no one talk about it, it's so much more fun than the PS2 version imo) I never cared for the characters. It's Unreal for me, but I can't miss those double xp weekends halo has. Not because of the xp, they simply have better game typse (griffball). I loose interest in COD4 when everybody starts camping, but every game has those little nik naks I guess.

I've never once called Gears GeOW, it's just Gears. Makes a lot of since considering everyone I know calls God of War GOW. And about load times, digital downloads are the way of the future and what does that imply? DOWNLOADS!
It could take 5 hours and 24 minutes for all I care but please, to anyone who already hasn't played Bioshock do yourself a huge favor and play this game! This was the first game I could not turn off until I beat it (17 hours straight to be exact!).

Has anyone plugged up a 360 and a ps3 next to one another and checked out how much content each one has over there respective networks (movies, demos, videos). I'm coming out 100% biased but I'll still say it, 360 has more demos on live than ps3 has games. Please check it out for yourself...

I mean MGS4 was the biggest exclusive release on the PS3 and it still trailed by 200k!? 90% of WII owners I know own only two or three games (wii play, mario kart, and super smash bros). But then you have people coming in knowing that their "preffered" system can't touch it in sales doing their best so they call it a "last gen" system. Get over it, your fighting hard for second place no matter how you look at it. As long as I'm not getting Wii...
So your telling me that the PS3 version is done and ready to ship because it was already made for PS3 as well? Take a deep breath and read your comment and then use common sense. With the developers sitting on a game of the year title and having been rewarded by MS wouldn't you wait for an incentive from Sony as well, it's called good business and they need evey penny they can muster to keep EA at bay... Considering that there were no Halo 360 bundles (Even the crappy Halo 360 didn't come with the game) it's unsurprising that the MGS4 moved more consoles, plus the stimulus checks helped out. Isn't MS selling the most software so how are they going to finish last? And why is sony making people wait until 09 for a game promised in 05? By the time most of sony's lineup comes out it will be going against MS and Nintendo's new consoles... Imagine a $399 PS3 going against a $250 WII2 and a $399 Xbox720...
I seriously doubt either Grand Theft or Metal Gear will end up GOTY. Yes they both got 10s like Bioshock but lets not forget why Bioshock recieved the award and Gears before it, because they were astounding "new" IPs. Now if we are going by sales then I would have to say GTAIV would win hands down. This will be a very interesting year one way or another but my money is on Fall Out.
