If I'm not mistaken, you can only download a handful of the collection, right? All the PS3 games need to be streamed so it really only leaves a handful of the PS4 games they have on the service for download. Where as Gamepass let's you download Xbox One, Xbox 360, and even Xbox games to play native.
Not every Netflix show/movie is great. But they make a LOT of them so eventually they'll have a hit. MS is obviously planning ahead for this service by buying up those studios and such. So they'll likely continue to have some hits and misses just like Sony and Nintendo as well.
For some reason there is a weird thing going around where Sony fans are really passionate about their Linear, emotional, story driven, single player games. Where some of these people won't even look at a game unless it is the things I listed. Just some, not all, but it had become increasingly more of a thing lately.
Agreed. Seems like they're treating exploring off the beaten path as a reward with gun mods, upgrades, and important items like oxygen tanks and such. Instead of filling those areas with pointless fetch quests.
I was interested until I saw it's a mobile game. Although now looking back at the trailer... It definitely looks like a mobile game haha
I hope you're joking... GoW had a crap ton of side missions lol
Still intrigued, but also still kinda confused about what the moment to moment gameplay will be like.
Gears 3 wasn't really dark either
I'm not sure the next xbox will be out this year.
Based on the E3 trailer I was seeing frozen landscapes, lush jungles, desert areas and some dark and nasty looking streets and underground facilities. I think it's safe to say we will have a nice variety of locations.
Based on the first trailer it seems they will definitely be there, but the new swarm enemies seem to be integrating themselves into the robots creating a half robot half swarm enemy that should hopefully be much more interesting to fight.
Gears 5 is really intriguing me since it seems like this one will be a pretty big departure from the small corridor levels from the first 4. I really hope that the open areas don't make the game feel too boring or tedious. I thought God of War handled the semi open world very well. So if Gears 5 follows that style then I could be okay with that.
Imagine Halo being powered with this kind of destruction, or it being used to host large environments with massive amounts of AI. Or use adaptive learning AI like in Forza, but for enemies in Gears or Halo where they will start to learn your patterns making you need to change strategies.
The cloud is much more exciting then just simple destruction calculations.
Looks fun, but I have a feeling that it will be a MP where you play it for maybe one game session and then see everything it has to offer and just go back to the SP/Co-op.
I tried following your link and it brings me to a google translate page and then gives me an error so I can't even see anything. I'd say that's more likely why it failed over the duplicate thing.
Everything is just so heavily layered in clickbaity opinions lately though.
There are games from all 3 that I'm stoked for. Can't we just leave it at that?
Free, yet still makes WAY more revenue then any SP game...
It's not like Smash ISN'T including DLC characters, but I get what you're saying. There are more than enough base characters and the DLC ones really do feel optional. Unlike other fighting games where you only get 12 characters and you feel more obliged to buy the DLC to build a small roster.
So does this mean 2K is going to shove even more V-Bucks into the game because they know they will be the only NBA game around now? Much like EA has done with NFL and Madden?
So I guess EA can't make anymore NBA Live?
