It COULD happen, but highly unlikely. I only say that because 343 is now doing Halo so theoretically they could give Bungie full creative control for whatever. But like you said... do we need Halo AND a Halo-like IP? If Bungie could break off and do something different, it may make more sense.
But, again, I don't think MS+Bungie will happen again. I think Bungie is staying independent for a while after this Activision disaster. Just please for the love of god don't ...

It's hard to distinguish when it was the dev, or an order from above. I'd have to assume the pressure to make a certain revenue margin from their handler was more of the reason why Bungie had to use more money hungry techniques. Considering we saw none of that when they were with MS, I can only assume it was Activisions greedy ways that led them to design the game around Season passes and MT's. Much like they do with their other franchises like CoD.

I think real world tests have shown that full AA is better than DLSS, but it is VERY close. However, for how much performance gain you get while using it is worth the slight SLIGHT downgrade, so it is still wonderful tech

My thoughts exactly. I see no point in this card at all besides having the extra memory for more workplace tasks... not so much for gaming.
Isn't it $699? I can get an EVGA or Gigabyte RTX 2080 for that price, and it comes with the RTX and DLSS features. Maybe with the 16gb they are shooting for more of a workplace card than a gaming card?

This was a dumb move by AMD. You can buy a EVGA or Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2080 for the same price as the VII, and it will come with all the benefits of a RTX card which include ray tracing, DLSS and the like. The VII is a pointless card tbh, why spend the same money for less features?

If I'm not mistaken. Forza Motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 4 both do not have MT's... FM7 had prize crates, but you could not buy them with real money, but even those were removed.

I'd buy a diskless version of all consoles if it saved me some money. I have been digital this entire gen so if the option is there then I'll save that extra bit for sure.
Or if they keep the same price point. Get rid of the disc drive and put in a SSD. NOW that would be sweet.
