They have been busy adding more content. But with the Arena coming soon that is focusing on PvP it's good they are doing it now.

I'm expecting mid to high 70's. The campaign looks really fun and the original crackdown is sitting at 83. We will see how the Wrecking zone MP turns out though. i think most people are more curious to see that then worried about the SP mode

But the extra $100 needs to mean something. It can't be like this gen and go for $100 more and be LESS powerful. If I'm paying $500 I want a big leap over the PS5 like what the X did to the Pro

I agree, but to say: "If Xbox owners really cared about Japanese games they wouldn't own an Xbox." That's just not true. Sure, historically speaking Japanese games do not sell well on Xbox, but at least getting the Japanese games ported to the console is a correct step for the amount of people who do want to play them on their Xbox.

I own all consoles, but I still prefer Xbox for 3rd party. Mostly because that is where my online friends list is the biggest, I like the controller better, and the party system is much easier to use.
But I still own all consoles because I hate missing out on exclusives.
Why would that happen? Did they pay the media to score Sea of Thieves well? Or State of Decay 2? Maybe take your tin foil hat off.
You can still use the xbox in offline mode, it's only when you try to login. Unplug the xbox from the internet and you're fine.

That's a good question. I'd assume even if it was downloaded the game would still need to check that you have a current paid up Account, so if it can't access online and verify your account then it wouldn't play

These things happen, it's certainly never a simple decision or something that just happens over night. Plenty of studios from all companies get shut down for myriad of reasons.
Remember when MS messed up and didn't buy Bioware and then they got snagged up by EA?
They will now be making point and click adventure games for mobile phones.
