Sounds like everyone is pulling their announcements for E3.
First Epics new announcement. Now this. Would be interesting if MS had something to do with this pulled announcement as well. Maybe they are trying to pull all they have to beef up their E3 conference for this year?
Saying the console didn't have any games kind of ignores a lot of great multiplat games that did come out though. 360 owners did not go without anything to play. There was plenty to play. Same with PS3.

Sort of, not really though. While you can now pick up Mass Effect 2 on 360 for 17.99, you will have to pay 59.99 for Mass Effect 2 on PS3. Even if the PS3 version includes all the dlc, you are pretty much paying for all of it with the increased retail price.

MS made the call, not Epic. Didn't want to be background noise to other announcements apparently.

Bullet Storm has a very B-movie styled movie feel to it in terms of lines and story. It's intentional and when you play it, works really well with the over the top game play they have. It's a fun game.
The fact that the majority of people who has it happen to them, don't have to pay anything for a new one and just have to go through the inconvenience of calling MS and losing their console for 1-2 weeks makes it easier for the consumer to over look. Especially as Alpha pointed out, it's difficult for most people to give up on the investment they already made. Friends lists, achievements/ trophies, arcade titles, game purchases.
