So back when you could install a version of Linux on PS3, doing so would... make my PS3... not a PS3 anymore?
And monitors aren't built-in by design.
Doesn't have a monitor of it's own and isn't a PC or Mac.
Or easier... the company that makes it defines it as a 'video game console.'
No, she really does, I know her; bit of a "loose" woman though if you know what I mean, but worth the time if you're bored.
Why can I not reply individually to your responses, this is retarded:
Firstly, the areas I mentioned were PATHETICALLY bad, bad for Xbox (not 360) even for XBOX 1 bad!
Secondly, no one said anything about shiny graphics, the silent hill series had "lesser" visual prowess, but it pulled it off better, it blended, it wasn't a noticeable eye-sore. There is such a thing as poor attention to detail gentlemen/women.
I'm pretty certain the ridiculous recoil in games will be top 5 in the list of aspects which defy reality. At least in the so-called "realistic" military shooters, i.e. BF3 and the CoD series most notably. (don't play the real simulator type games though, Arma and all that).
Just played it on PC, love the gameplay and lighting, but pretty lack-luster everywhere else visually and even quite ugly in several places. I remember at the "clinic" or "asylum/lodge" place or whatever, outside overlooking the mountains and there was a huge sundial nearby, the cliff-side and wooden/stone railings were abysmal looking. Flat edges like sheer, straight lines, from the Wolfenstein days of PC gaming... just ugly beyond words, with textures to match!

Should judge it against other multiplats in my opinion, comparing it to exclusive sales is a bit, redundant, as exclusives by the very nature of BEING exclusive have smaller user bases...
Far Cry 2 for free, nice. Too bad about the built-in flaws that made me loathe it, i.e. malarial BS constantly and non-persistent world (constantly respawning enemy checkpoints and everyone an enemy crap).
Just re-installed it again, improved slightly, but still laggy compared with how other "apps" of this sort work on any device these days. The UI is smooth, silky and seamless on phones, pods, computers, but why not my PS3?
I've checked and many people still complain about the laggy UI.
Perhaps it just doesn't seem laggy to ya'll?
I don't know, are any of you very tech savvy? Have modern devices and computers that run...
Crazy?! Really? I am referring to the interface, all the icons/pictures and whatnot is a total lag-fest as if it were running on same ancient PC.
Once you do get through the arduous navigation lag, the streaming footage plays fine and good resolution.
On my PC and other computers and even Roku it runs excellent so it isn't the connection and my PS3 is hardwired... as far as I know, it's always been like this, except... maybe a long time ago when you n...
Sony can put out all the unorthodox and radical tech it wants, so long as they are content with developing majority in-house, because fewer and fewer third party devs will want to touch it when there's an easier "lay" on the block.
Good, now improve Netflix the laggy crap!
"Your new name is Sen, answer me Sen!"
Construction number/limits suck...
This is more political than anything else.
Companies do have standards and values despite what anyone wants to believe.
Sony = proud and innovative
Microsoft = thieving, greedy hyenas
Even an HD remake with multiplayer would suit me.
Release the PS2 Ultimate Edition - includes a copy of the top 100 PS2 games ever made built into the machine. Web browser/XMB type functionality and a few extras. I'll buy one for 200.00
I think it simply comes down to the very nature of exclusives and that is, irrespective of the size of the fanbase for the particular title in question, they are generally (on any platform) tailored to a more specific audience, that is to say, multiplatform games are, by their nature, considerably more appealing to, you guessed it, the larger/majority of gamers. This is not without exception obviously.
So whether there are only a million die-hard fans of a title, they are as ...
Crazy, looks like something made using Spore Creature creator... :)
What if it's cell-shaded...?
