it looks cool but everyone says it looks like dynasty warriors and if that's the case, i can see myself getting bored with this game real quick.
some new IP's would be nice. quit thinking the success of one game series will last you a life time, look at contra.
that's cool to hear from IW.
now i know why everyone loves this game. it looks insanely addicting.
"I don't know if I can take that kind of punishment though."
it's understandable, you are a penguin after all.
good job Nintendo, Fusajiro Yamauchi would be proud.
does every game have to be adapted into a movie? sometimes games are better off left alone as they are; let uncharted do the story telling.
i agree with the score on this. the 360 version is slightly better because of the sharper edges and stuff although the screen tearing is hard for me to notice. in any case, they both look great and since we don't play our games by side-by-side comparisons (normal people at least don't do this), i can say it hardly matters on which console you get it on.
there are some big halo fans out there.
my guesses are:
splitscreen online
level editor
recording gameplay feature
a short demo of a future project by IW
bigger maps with vehicles
prestige unlocks special weapons, attachments, gear, etc
customize your online avatar
some crazy ass perks
some other stuff
OR!
it's just PR talk trying to hype up their game for sales. notice how he says you won't see what they're talking about in the media or magazin...
only possible on the Xbox 360.
if this happens i will be severely pissed. say what you want about EA (i hate them in a lot of ways too) but i will NOT accept games/franchises like burnout, bad company, dantes inferno, dead space, brutal legend, fight night, need for speed, mirror's edge, and some other good titles to be exlusive just for the sake of microsoft not being talented enough to make their own studios like sony and nintendo did.
i know this wouldn't happen because EA is primarily a multiplatform dist...
GT5 video was bliss. i love that song.
pandamobile, half life 1 was ported to the ps2. it included some gameplay enhancements and and extended gameplay segments. don't remember too much on what was included in the decay expansion, but i know for a fact HL1 was on the ps2.
@afreelunch
don't worry i agree with you. i've played HL1 on PC and ps2 so i know it was on it. the ps2 version was pretty good, but it had that cheap lock on aiming.
stupid article.
"If Microsoft is able to
-Make the cheapest 360 package less than $199 (Natal-less, HDD-less, WiFi-less), possibly $149 or even $99
-Have a Natal Bundle with HDD for no more than $299
-Gears 3, Halo 5, Killer Instinct 3 and Fable 3, all supporting natal (and natal proving to be a superior experience)
-Managing to hold the Mass Effect franchise with them for a bit longer than 2010
-Getting exclusive DLC for Bioshock and/or Lost Planet 2
-Getting mo...
kid, you're embarrassing ME from just reading your comments. thats how much fail you are and i think you just need to stop lol.
kind of like how half life 1 was on the ps2 and HL2, HL2ep2, HL2ep3 were on the ps3, right? the only things we're missing are the half life mods and L4D.
only a fool would not want to play the best FPS franchise ever created in replacement for COD: Modern Camping (Modern Noobfare, etc etc, take your pick.)
i wonder what he thinks about the ps3's motion controls.
