I know, I'm talking about people who skip them on their first playthrough.
I think it's stupid when people skip cutscenes (why play story based games if you don't care about the story?) but I never get mad because someone plays a game differently than I do. It doesn't effect me in any way, and more options and choice are never bad things.
Trollish clickbait. Nothing to see here.
I hate episodic releases. The beta was fun, but I refuse to spend money on an incomplete game/story. I'll wait for the inevitable physical release with the whole "season" on disc.
Oh my god your assumptions are hilarious.
It was boring. Geralt is a terrible character, the story wasn't interesting, the entire game was filled with busywork quests, most of the side characters sucked, it wasn't fun to play, etc, etc, etc. The Witcher is easily the most overrated RPG series of the last decade.
Because we've been trained to think that spending $60 on a game means we need to spend 50 hours playing it or we wasted our money. Modern gamers are very much "quantity over quality".
Ease of use, familiarity, knowing that I only have to buy a console once (barring any breakage, which is a possibility on PC as well), being able to play on my TV while sitting on my couch. All valid reasons. For me it's mostly ease of use. PC is a more complicated platform and when something goes wrong there are four times the reasons and possible fixes than there are on a console. And in case you think I'm a console only gamer who doesn't know anything about how "no, really...
Not at all surprised Witcher 3 won pretty much every category it was in. Disappointed, because it was one of the worst RPG's I played last year, but not surprised.
I'd be waiting for the console version anyway so I don't really care. I'm just glad this game is finally close to release. Been looking forward to it for a while.
Not surprised at all.
This is what adblock is for.
Haven't used a Radeon card since the 90's and every single one I had overheated.
It's amazing how easy it actually is to just say "STFU" to SJW's and the UN and that's it. Issue closed. All they can do is whine and scream and it's very easy to ignore children having temper tantrums. At least Japan has women's rights groups that actually stick up for women instead of just parroting whatever the popular left wing talking points are. Good for them.
This is why you don't hire radical feminists to do public relations...
Okay, but what about gameplay/story/content? Any game can look great if there's nothing going on otherwise. Just look at The Order.
No, you didn't disrupt service to "protest", you did it because you want attention and want to piss people off. That or you're angling for a job. Either way, you're immature idiots like any other "hacktivist" group.
Don't announce games until they're 90% complete. Problem solved.
But will it have Milo?
Just ignore that guy, he's an obvious troll and not even remotely subtle about it.
Ah, the wonders of hype and no pre-release reviews.
