It will be at least $500 and most likely under $800. Anyone expecting different is an idiot.

@PurpHerbison Dude I have a $2000 gaming PC that I actually specifically bought back in 2014 specifically to play Star Citizen when I still thought it was going to be a real game. I vastly prefer consoles because they're so much easier to use, but I have no problem buying PC exclusive games. Nice typical PC loser assumption, though :)
It's a scam because they keep selling outrageously priced add ons for an unfinished game that's, at this point, three years overdue for a full release. They've already made their money off the suckers who bought into their perpetual early access tech dem, they never need to actually finish it. If they ever fully release the game with every feature promised in the Kickstarter working like it should after so long in development, then I'll take back what I said, but until then I ...
Let me say this again for the idiots in the back: WAS ANYONE EXPECTING THIS TO BE CHEAP?
They've said from pretty much day one that the Scorpio was a premium console that was only for people who wanted to spend more to get the best possible console gaming experience. Is there seriously anyone out there who actually, realistically, thought this thing was going to be anything less that $500? Because if there was, I feel bad for any future children that might inherit their...
If you don't care about indies the Switch is pretty much gonna be a Zelda machine until either MK8 Deluxe comes out or this fall when it gets a bunch of games. My big fear is that it won't have any third party support and turn into another Wii U/Vita.
It seems like most of the complaints that article list are pretty subjective. For example, they mention the auto-cover system and compare it to the one in Ghost Recon Wildlands, but I don't have a problem with the auto-cover system in Wildlands, so if this system is like that, I'll be fine with it. I've also heard Andromeda compared to Dragon Age Inquisition as a negative, but I had a lot of fun with Inquisition, so that's not going to turn me off. My biggest worry is the writ...
It's beyond stupid to confirm romances, gay or straight, and then keep them secret. What's the point? People who don't care aren't going to, you know, care, and people who do care are just going to get frustrated. I understand keeping plot stuff secret, but who you can and can't romance just seems petty.
Having to play the game twice to understand the dialogue because you put a silly voice filter on isn't replay value. JFC, people these days have absolutely no idea what "replay value" actually means.
There is literally nothing in that article that any reasonable person would read and assume a new Smash is coming this year. Terrible clickbait speculation garbage article.

Very shady, but not unexpected from Roberts. Star Citizen will probably go down as one of the biggest video game scams in history.

All the PC losers in the replies whining about 30fps, lol.

PETA is on my hitlist for kidnapping people's pets and killing them.
Yawn.
PLEASE.

Oh my god, no it's not. Take your nostalgia and your basic opinions and go away.
It deserved a full first game, not that $60 extended tech demo they released.

Never liked Majora's Mask.
Ship the extra 5% over here.
Uh, how is raising the price on in game items in any way unlawful? Is this some weird law in some foreign country or something?

Fits in with most of the fandom, then.
