People with addictive personalities can get addicted to almost anything. That doesn't mean the things they get addicted to are automatically bad, or that they should be banned or regulated. Whether or not video game addiction is real, pretty much everyone who says it is is using it as another excuse to demand games be banned or censored or regulated. Bottom line, people are responsible for themselves. It's not the job of government or politicians or busybodies with too much free time ...
Yeah I meant GTA 5. VVVV
Saint's Row took the GTA formula and perfected it, at least until 3 and 4 ruined the series and 5 actually turned out good. I've said it for years, but Saint's Row 2 is the best GTA game.
Still have no faith that Ubisoft won't use the narrative to go off on a SJW/all right wing Americans are racist religious nutjobs rant, but this is a nice touch, and it's a great way to avoid turning this into another "pure perfect minority fight the Evil White Man(tm)" trope. I wonder how customizing your character will work in an FPS though? Will they add a Skyrim style 3rd person mode so you can see yourself? Or are you basically just going to be coloring the hands that h...
Hating white people, communism, and having sex with people dressed like animals are also popular on tumblr. Not exactly a bastion of intelligent thinkers, there.
Furries. Next.
Great, except I couldn't care less about COD or Destiny 2.
Anyone wanna take bets on the protagonists race? I'm gonna guess it starts with a 'b' and ends with a lack of creativity.
Nice to see them taking risks by making their antagonists white, Christian, patriotic Americans. Truly, Ubisoft can always be counted on to push the envelope for the sake of freshness and realism.
Exactly what I thought too. More French-Canadians lecturing Americans about racism crap from Ubisoft. Definite skip for me.
lolololololol
It wouldn't be a big deal if this thing wasn't entirely crowdfunded to the tune of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS. But it is, so delaying it indefinitely just makes the whole thing seem A) more like a scam than it already did and/or B) a horribly mismanaged mess that too many people sunk money into that they're never going to see anything for. So yeah, this is as bad as it sounds.
I think you mean alternate costumes.
I did. I went to the HDR settings in the game and did what they told me to do, made it darker. This happens with every other game I play that has HDR options.
HDR mode on my S made everything super dark. I just turned it off.
I never play on hard. I play games to have fun, not to get frustrated and stressed out. I don't care about my skill level, I care about enjoying my experience. I'll usually start out on normal, because that's the default, ideal experience, but if that's too hard for me I have no problems going to easy.
I hated Persona 3. Unless a "definitive version" fixes that terrible ending, there's no point.
...I don't think I've ever seen a worse understanding of economics outside of a Bernie Sanders rally. If piracy keeps prices down, please explain why we're not paying twice as much for console games, which has almost no piracy compared to PC games. Even better, explain why every single product on the market that literally cannot be pirated or easily stolen isn't twice the cost it is. You can't, because your reasoning is stupid. What sets prices is the market; what people a...
Theft is theft. "Being poor" doesn't suddenly make it okay. If a person is too poor to afford a game or wait for a sale, then gaming isn't the hobby for them.
Wait, why shadowbanning? Shadowbanning is a cheap trick used to silence people who aren't actually breaking the rules. If someone cheats, just....ban them.
